We had a great experience we stayed for the month of July for 4 weeks.The owners were very friendly and hospitable,The rooms were quite good with enough space and good amenities.The location is perfect next to a beautiful beach and close to eateries.The standout is the customer service,I have stayed st many properties and the service st this establishment shines,thank you for an unforgettable experience we will definitely be back and be sure to recommend to family and friends.

I believe that this will be the longest comment that I will write ever.About the accommodation guests that stayed before us,already wrote enough.It's the cheapest accommodation in Chrani and area so don't expect that everything will be as in 4 star hotel.But rooms are enough comfortable that you could enjoy your stay.What makes difference between this and other similar accommodations in Greece,is that in this vila you will have a plenty of dishes.Second day my skin get burn from the sun,and I stayed for one day inside,and I wasn't lazy to see how many plates is there.I count 53 of them!Many glasses,cups,pots,knifes for pica,bread,meat,small kitchen appliances as filter coffee machine,cettler,toaster,fridge with deep freeze part above...actually I asked owner if someone lived in this apartment before,because it looks like that.You could easily live there for a long time without lacking for anything.Usually in a 3 bed room you have 3 plates,3 forks,3 knifes....here no,you have as much as you like.Even in my own home I don't have that much dishes.But the real reason that make me so excited about this accommodation are the owners.We are spending our vacation every year only in Greece,and generally people are very kind everywhere.But meeting the Triandafili,which is real name of Litsa,and Babos is the point where classical and usual description for kindness and hospitality loosing any point and meaning.They are so positive and smiling all the time always ready to make jokes.They don't do that just to leave good impression,they are just like that.Simple and friendly people.All right,I saw before I made reservation a lot of nice words about them,but I believe that non of them leaves real impression how great they really are.At the first day they told us that in Kalamata city us the so called white night.Everything is open till midnight,and prices are 50% or more lower.Second day we found the cooked meal on our table.It was traditional meal from goat and chicken meat with some kind of green beans,all ingredients are from their nearby located farm.Second time they cooked some kind of pasta small as rice with meat and kind of sausage with some green vegetable inside that I forgot the name.Last day we had  Bamies. I saw in the guests comments that they do bring meals,but I though that they might have restaurant and bring what left of they cooked there.No,they cook meals for entire villa,for all guests inside.They took me there to see their goats,and ask me do i like goat milk.I just answer that when we had war in former Yugoslavia we had no where to buy milk,and we have to buy one goat to keep just to have milk.Next morning they brought bottle of fresh milked goat milk.They offer us to stay 2 more days for free,and as we had just 5 nights booked we accept.And every second day they brought cooked meal.We was so astonished that we didn't know what to say or think.And cakes in the fridge at the last day.Plus they give us dried figs,olives,olive oil,tea all from their own land.Evening before the day of departure they took us in a village nearby named Nea Coroni for a holiday.It was the celebration of birth of Virgin Mary.The church in the village is devoted to that day,and whole village celebrating that day.There was many people on the small square in front of the church,seating and eating and drinking.Live Greek traditional music and singers,and all ends with dancing and singing.They took us there for dinner and we had great time.Too bad we couldn't stay longer that night because we had to drive to next destination in the morning.They told us that every time in a season we could stay 2 days in their villa for free,and if we wish from the time that we was there in September,could stay till May for free if we want.By the way,while we were talking that night in a celebration,they asked me when do I wake up in the morning.I answered proudly that I usually get up in 6/7 o'clock.And when I heard that they are awaken in 5 in the morning,I was really wondering how they could be so happy and smiling working all day since that they do cleaning of the vila.They even gave me some kind of home made pomade when I burned my skin.I could write about them more and more,and every time I though that I forgot something.You will wish to stay there for ever just as we do.

It is so great to visit a hotel and feel like home! Mrs Litsa and Mr Babis are so warm and take special attention of their guests - from the first minute to the last. We visited their appartments (No 1 with big balcony all around is ideal for families with kids) last August and we loved the two separate rooms, the fully organized kitchen, the renovated bathroom, the nearby (2 minutes walk) sea (we found sea-turtles' nest there!) and the whole area around (St. Andrew, Koroni, Zaga beach and many more). We will absolutely come back again! Thank You!

the view was to die for, the peace and quiet could be marketed, the owners are so friendly and helpful, you can walk around the village, enough tavernas and little shops, our particular favourite, was to walk up to the top road, on the same side as George's, there is a store there, and you can sit outside, with a cold beer, and watch the world go by

Excellent location with lovely view of sea and mountains. We were in two bedroom apartment on ground floor with balcony running all around outside.  Kitchen was very well equipped.  Plenty of clean towels available and beds were changed four times in our two week stay.  Lots of knick knacks about which might not be to everyone's choice.  Rosa and Babis are two of the most nicest people you could ever meet. Rosa often gave us figs, cakes, left home cooked moussaka and on the day of our departure she gave us bottled olive oil with olives inside, herbs from her garden and lots of other small gifts. They were so warm and generous. Her brother collected us from the airport and took us back which only cost 40 euros each way. Chrani is very peaceful with only five taverna's, two bars and three beach bars.  Every meal was excellent and we really enjoyed the Greek dishes and fresh fish.  Poseidon was our favorite cocktails stop and Yannis was a really friendly bloke.  My sons (aged 21 & 19) got along really well with him and went there every night.  If you fancy a  change from normal beers there are two local beers called Mamos and Zeus - both very nice. Captain Caribbean on the beach was very good for fried meatballs and Greek Salad. We used part of the beach in front of ILaira Apartments which had a handful of beds and umbrellas and was a 2 minute walk from apartment.  You can use these beds provided you buy a drink etc.  They were a lovely couple who went out of their way to help and make your holiday enjoyable. You can catch the bus up on the main road by Billys Place it can run 10-15 minutes late we were told but we didn't experience this.  Visited Koroni and walked around the castle, did some shopping and had a tasty gyros and Greek salad on the sea front. Most shops shut from 2- 6pm. We also booked a day with AreionSail on a sailing yacht skippered by Annika and assisted that day by Louis.  Based in Agios Andreas eight miles from Chrani.  Annika is confident, very experienced and capable sailor and she encouraged all four of us to join in and help.  We left at 10.00 and arrived back at 5.30.  It was the best day ever full of fun.  We stopped off at a gorgeous turquoise bay and swam and snorkeled.  Would strongly recommend. None of us wanted this holiday to end. It was just the best holiday ever.

Georges apartments are comfortable and quite large. We had a ground floor, with two double beds, a bathroom and kitchen, which was perfectly adequate.  Litsa  is a lovely, kind and generous person and we enjoyed many Greek treats, including fresh figs, a cooked meal, grapes and olives from the garden.  We did find the bed changes were a little erratic, as was the cleaning and bin emptying, however, the towels were definitely not in short supply. The sea views are fabulous, the 'knick-knacks' and dusty flower displays are too much in abundance.  The location is ideal, overlooking the Messinian Gulf, with amazing sun and moon rises over the water and only seconds away from the nearest tavernas. All in all, an enjoyable stay.
