Dora is very extraordinary person. She solved for me a problem in very few minutes.   The place is quite, clean and very beautiful and near the sea. Fm the window I can see the sea, there is also a beautiful roof where u can drink and eat something. If u want,  u can use bbq.

Amazing accommodation in a superb location with easy access to the beach, mini market, a superb bar (Plantaros) and lots of places to eat out.

We had a small studio apartment that was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed - including air conditioning that was a real benefit .

The hosts are the nicest people you could meet - so friendly and helpful all the time - yet unobtrusive so we really enjoyed our week's stay 

Brilliant accommodation on Kefalonia

Marino’s Studios are located in the heart of the village, just up the hill from the beach.  There are 11 studios altogether:  they are very clean - Mina comes in most days to clean & empty the bins - and have everything you need, including a hairdryer & a freezer compartment that actually works!!  Our apartment, no 9, is a good size, with a double bed (very comfortable🤗) and the most amazing wrap-around, very deep, balcony with fabulous views over Lourdas Bay.  There is a shop around the corner which sells everything you could need for your stay.

To stay in this location you do need to be fit & mobile:  however, if you need it, there are buses to and from the beach during the day, and, if you are walking, plenty of watering holes along the way🤣.  For us, the more local, village location made up for our daily walks, plus the family who own & run the studios live on the ground floor and are the most delightful, helpful people; they couldn’t do enough for us.  We can’t wait go go back😎.

Lovely studio, Wonderful location

Great place to stay....excellent location for the beach and Lourdas.  Rooms kept clean, good self catering facilities fridge, crockery etc if needed, air con and wifi included, comfortable beds and a peaceful, location.  Run by a lovely friendly, approachable family who live on site and will do everything they can to help make your stay a happy one 😃

Great place to stay

The owners are very friendly and the hotel is situated near the beach although there is a steep road for a few meters before you reach the hotel. Parking space is enough for everyone and the room was ok for the price with sufficient appliances and new tv. The a/c did the job, there was hot water all day long and the rooms were cleaned daily. For all the animal lovers: we also had a pet, a very friendly cat! 

Peaceful and quiet 

The owners were very helpful waiting up for us until we arrived quite late. The room was a good size with free air conditioning. The room looked out over the mountains at the back of the building. It was quiet and peaceful. The surrounding garden was full of trees and shrubs growing various fruits. 
Downside: not very well equipped for crockery etc although a faulty kettle was replaced straight away. 
It was good value in this popular resort and only half way up THE HILL!
