A fabulous apartment with mesmerizing views to Albania from the balcony.  Kassiopi is a gem, a traditional village set in beautiful nature with a small harbour 2 mins walk away.  We received a warm welcome and lots of local information from the lovely Alexandra. Thanks for a great holiday! 


Wonderful centrally located apartment 

great location. We stayed in the attic apartment which was brilliant really well equipped with a small balcony but big enough for four adults.  Close to the pool, beach and harbour with a great choice of bars and restaurants of all prices. Apartment was clean and beautifully presented and would definitely recommend it

Perfect Location

2nd stay at these lovely apartments, this time in attic apartment. Slightly smaller that 1st floor apartments & you soon learn to duck when on one side of bedroom. As previously reviewed they are very well equipped & have a full, if compact shower/enclosure, a luxury in Greece. Close to everything in resort but tucked away on quiet pathway. The owner Alexandra is quite simply a brilliant host, thank you for helping us in extending our stay (so good we didn't want to leave). This is a reluctant review because I don't want to many people finding out & booking them up!!

Brilliant as always

We stayed here the first week of July 2017 - 4 of us - We had 2 bedrooms and both were good sized. The kitchen area was a bit small and there were a couple of issues with the shower but Alexandra sorted them out for us very quickly. The view from the balcony, that only really seats 2 comfortably, wasn't particularly scenic but the apartments are right in the centre of Kassiopi which is great. Kassiopi is a lovely town with great places to eat and little harbour that is quite busy.  The pool is a shared freshwater pool but was lovely and clean - with plenty of sunbeds and a good bar/restaurant that did really good food, Alex was a lovely bar man. The apartment was tastefully decorated and cleaners came every day....aircon good - free wifi.... it was a lovely stay.

Edem Aprtments

I can highly recommend these apartments! We had two bedrooms (master king plus a twin sleeping 4 in total). Larger families can book several apartments. Over 3 floors - top floors gave best views but ground floor best for the less able/energetic.

Beautifully decorated and well furnished and equipped - you can fully self cater - but we preferred to sample the wonderful restaurants Kassiopi has to offer!

Beds and linens were very very comfortable and we had the apartment serviced every other day! Towels, dish cloths, washing liquid, tea towels all provided and nice touches such as beach towels and equipment. 

We had a wonderful, warm welcome and help with bags. The owner Alexandra was so helpful through the booking phase and arranged transport to and from airport for us. Emails are responded to by return - and a secure payment portal is provided. 

The apartments have use of the pool facilities of the very nearby Solaris Hotel - with lots of sun loungers, a poolside bar/cafe and a large (unheated) pool.

The location is perfect - only a few minutes walk to the main area/harbour where a circle of lovely bars and restaurants await you. The views from the harbour are very beautiful - as are the local people - who will welcome you with kindness and pleasure.

If you want a reasonably priced, well equipped, conveniently situated stay in a quiet location in a beautiful, friendly community - look no further than the Edem Apartments.

Wonderful stay at the Edem Apartments!

Just returned from our week in Edem apartments , was ideal, clean, central and had everything that was required and more for an enjoyable time there, very close to everything shops, restaurants, and Harbour. lost Wifi on last day but used Wifi from Solaris pool complex downstairs, and tv in our room would not switch on but  not huge problem, we also booked the larger apartment downstairs for our friends and they were very impressed with theirs, we would all consider using again. Alexandra the owner lovely and  Helpful. good communication .

Attic room Edem Appartments

Just arrived home after 10 days with family in the lovely Edem. We had a lower (bigger) and one of the smaller attic apartments for the 9 of us and it was perfect for us. They are both cosy and well equipped with everything including beach towels and a washing machine! It's probably the most spotlessly clean place I've ever stayed in Greece which is very important to me.  The owner Alexandra is there to greet you and she has really thought about the little special touches that make your holiday home from home. You walk into the light airy rooms downstairs or the cosy sweet upstairs rooms. The air con is really efficient and unlike some places is free. The WiFi is there but we didn't have much success with it although it's possible to connect to solaris next door (which is where the pool and bar are). Very nice they are too. Plenty of sunbeds and lots of shade. Word of warning...they like you to buy everything from their bar which is understandable I guess so smuggling your own food and drink needs to be a covert operation.  However, food and drink is good and similar to other places in kassiopi in price. We loved kassiopi and Edem was perfectly located right in the town centre although very peaceful too. Set back from the main street a few metres but everything right on the doorstep. Definitely worth staying there.  We booked it almost a year in advance because of the excellent reviews and glad we did as it was busy in kassiopi. A fantastic holiday.
