We've been coming to The Metropolis every year for a few years now and each time we are bowled over by the hotel staff's kindness (the main receptionist is lovely), the beautifully appointed rooms and the magnificent breakfast. The location is brilliant as you can walk almost everywhere and the fact it has a car park is really helpful too. Comfortable beds, water in the room, lovely toiletries, good lighting overall, a desk and excellent Wifi make this a perfect hotel.
