We had a nice holiday at Time to smile Osiris. For us it's a one time visit. Though everything was nice and tidy, the town was nice and the people more than kind, we found the beach at Ialyssos and the pool at the hotel a bit of a dissapointment.  
Reserving sun beds at the pool is prohibited, but no one cares, so there's a towel laying ritual every morning and the staff leave it at that, unfortunatly. In the pool diving is prohibited (because pool dept is 1.4 m), so if your kids like that then choose something else. Inflatables are also not allowed. The pool bar and restaurant are nice and the food is good. Prices for drinks are a bit high, for the food the prices are good. The rooms are very nice, perfect beds and a nice bathroom. If you are longer than the average person you'll fit! 😀 Housekeeping comes every day, that was perfect. 😉 Nicely folded towles: swans, butterflies etc. Breakfast at Osiris is nice, simple, but plenty of choice. 
You really need a rental car to see more (culture and nicer beaches). Rhodos is a very nice island. Lots to see.
Some recommodations:
Butterfly valley, 7 springs, watersport at Tsambika beach (instead of the waterpark in Faliraki which has no (!!!) safety approval), Lindos, Rhodos old town etc. Pezouli restaurant next door (really really good), Kostas village, San Allote.

Nice holiday

Great place to stay, with very very nice staff. Apartments are clean and have every thing you need. The beds are great. There is also a (free) safe.  WiFi is also free. There is a nice pool with nice beds, and a pool bar. The bar is open till 01.00 hour. Here you can watch your favorite sport on big screens. Just next door are restaurants and supermarkets, the beach is just a few minutes away. It’s a quit place, also at nights. We love to come here still after 6 years, and it’s getting every year better and better. This is THE place to be if you want a relaxing time with very nice Greek people.

In front of the Blue Horizon Hotel (our stay) , there is the Osiris (hotel) bar. A relaxing atmosphere and more important …super friendly staff. 

For the sport fanatics, there are some tv screens to follow games and/or races. Different kind of music is played and not to loud so you can talk to each other normal. 

Due to COVID there are no menu cards available, but with a QR code on every table you can choose of a wide variety of drinks. The friendly ‘hipster’ like barman always laughing and giving service and drinks with attention. And then there is the friendly table waitress also! Doing the whole bar and tables by herself with a unlimited friendly laugh and attention to all guests. 

I’ve talked to some hotel guests also and they are very satisfied by their rooms and services. That’s all I know about the hotel, with a small pool in front, next tot the bar.

So…when in Ialyssos, do visit this bar!

Visiting the Hotel Bar

We arrived late and hungry, but they still managed to make pizza for us. They were also very helpful with getting a taxi, and always asked how our trip was and if everything was okay. They made our experience better! The rooms were also very clean. Overall our stay was very nice!

Osiris apart hotel defines hospitality. George and his staff make you feel at home from day one until the moment of return. Always with a smile and without any sign of stress. Exactly what I need during a holiday! Visited with my family in October during the last week of the season. We had a double room on the fourth floor. Extremely spacious, well equipped, tastefully designed and cleaned every day.

Definition of hospitality

First of all : GREAT PEOPLE! Everyone is making you feel that youre home. The rooms are very Nice clean and big enough  , the swimming pool is good. But the bar And food/cocktails are the best. From here u can go to every place you want With a taxi or own car.

Honeymoon

Went here for a drink only, placed our order, waited and waited and waited. 
We watched 3 young ladies enter, sit at the bar and be served immediately. The bar man then started preparations drinks for another 5 guests. Our waitress. Are over to apologise for the wait and we told her to forget it, we would get cocktails elsewhere where our trade was appreciated. Awful service!

What a fab place to stay, good apartments, clean and a good clean pool. Staff is amazing and they know what hospitality should be. A big compliment to all staff involved. Our big family of six enjoyed it to the max!

I can’t comment on accommodation as we only used the bar for a drink & to watch the football , staff are friendly , drinks are a little higher priced than some places but that wasn’t a problem,lovely little bar & pool area looks very modern & clean , would return

So today we had to go early for a tour of symi Island. And we asked if they could prepare breakfast for us earlier so that we can bring it with us. They asked for our room number and we kind of expected nothing. This morning we asked for it as the day of the tour was there and they came with 2 nicely prepared boxes for us! Hours before actual breakfast time.
