We had an amazing time at this apartment, it was well within walking distance to the strip of bars, restaurants and night clubs etc. but also not too close to hear the noise of loud music. Was very peaceful and absolutely loved their back garden part right in front of the sea. It was very enjoyable and relaxing and would definitely come back again. The only thing I would say is that the air con gave me a very sore throat/ swollen glands. Other than that it’s been fab. Owners of the apartments are lovely too.

Great value for money

Just returned from a wonderful holiday in Corfu. The family who run this place were very friendly. I always find this with Greek people.

The studios are in an amazing location, literally right by the sea. There is a nice grassy garden with sunbeds and parasols on request. Just walk through the gate and your beside the sea. No sand but there are steps you can walk down. The water is very shallow for the first 100 yards or so, so makes it great for families with young children and paddlers.

My only complaint was that the rooms are extremely old fashioned with very basic facilities (see pictures), If you remember Butlins camps from the 60's, it's like that. It's virtually impossible to cook anything as there is no oven and no microwave, and only a tiny plug-in hob. If the rooms were modernised then I would have given it 5 stars.

Rooms have air conditioning which was essential as it was very hot outside - €5 per day which you pay at the end of your stay.

Please be advised that the rooms are advertised with SEA VIEW but none of them are. The rooms share a common balcony that does look over the sea and it was lovely.

There is no food available but there is a lovely little beach bar next door with very reasonable prices. Coffee €2,  Large Beer €4.50. The nearest food outlet is a 5-6 minute walk to the main strip.

It's a very peaceful location, none of the noise from noisy Kavos.

If you like cats, then you will be happy here as there are lots of them living nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come back.

A tip if you want to do something different while on holiday, is to hire a boat for the day like we did. Biscoutsis Boats on Kavos beach. €140 for the day and no licence needed. Can hold upto 5 people. Self drive. It was absolutely brilliant and the boat is pretty fast. We popped over to the Blue Lagoon then toured the coast around south Corfu.

Spectacular Location

The accommodation is beautifully situated right by the sea. There is a beautiful small garden with beds from which you can get directly into the Ionian Sea. The village of Kavos is very noisy, although Evgenios Studios is not directly in the village, so Ohropax is recommended. Furthermore, the refrigerator is very noisy. Nevertheless, for the price, it is highly recommended.

The price-performance ratio is excellent.

If you are satisfied it is the place for you! as soon as we arrived we were greeted by the hostess a 70-year-old lady who can also speak a little Italian, too kind and cute, that is why she made us forget about the horrible apartment of 18 square meters. In the apartment there were 2 single beds, adjacent there was a kitchen with 2 electric ovens, and with the sink, below two compartments where they were laid out and plates but literally dirty and with dust so we bought plastic plates. In the night do not be afraid if you hear loud noises coming from the fridge and the bathroom! The only thing was the air conditioning that costs 5 euros a day anyway! The sea that you find from the beach is quite clean and with the laundry, but we have a nice city gate where you can see a good life, but the average of the two years of the city, we have a nice car park, but I have to say that you have a nice place to live, but I have to say that you have a nice place to live, but I have to say that you have a nice place to live, but the average of the two

Very small and spacious rooms

We stayed there with friends in a 3 bed room apartment that was newly decorated in a nice modern style. The location is perfect as it is directly on the beach. It is far enough from the party places that you can enjoy a relaxing holiday but it is near enough that you can approach the bars/restaurants by walking. The host were very nice and friendly. It is really great value for money, I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone.

Perfect location, nice beach, friendly hosts

I stayed at Evgenios Studios for a week in July. The apartments are essential but very clean and equipped with everything necessary. The air conditioning is available on request. The location is excellent very close to the beach and 200 meters from the city center, a positive note as it is not too close to the nightclubs. The family that runs the facility is fantastic, all very kind, discreet and available! highly recommended!

A week of relaxation

We were here 1 week in september. Nikos&Nikoleta were very nice and helpful and friendly. The apartment is quieter than Kavos usually, but it's very closed to the city and the beach. The garden is nice near the sea. The view is awesome. There are lot of comfortable sunbeds in the garden. It was excellent! ;) Thank you for everythings! Efkaristo poly ola! ;) *****

Quiet&nice place

I stayed for a week in August at EVGENIOS STUDIOS (kavos - Corfu) Greece. Everything was fine, the warmth and the home, Nikolas, my sister and my mother are so kind and friendly people that they deserve to be mentioned as the place. It is located 200 meters from the central road, the warm sea is 20 meters from the house; such a place is difficult to find. It was all beautiful, and a place for all ages; engaged, married and even more with your companion.

Holidays August - 2015.

I stayed at Evgenios studios from 04/08/2015 to 11/08/2015 and found the place very nice, clean and above all very kind. For those looking for fun it is ideal because it is a few meters from the premises on the main street of kavos and at the same time those looking for a little tranquility is the ideal place because it is not right in the middle of the confusion!!
