Mary Christina

ALL IN ALL Our stay in Mary Christina was short as we were traveling around the island but I have to say that the value for money was excellent. Our studio was clean, spacious and quiet and the location ideal. ROOM We stayed in the twin studio which turned out to be very spacious room with separate kitchen and bathroom. Room had two bed with sparkling clean covers, lovely dresser, wardrobe and large window doors opening to little patio with chairs and table. Kitchen had fridge, cooking rings, kettle and all the necessary pots, pans and cutlery to make your meals. Bathroom deserve massive thumbs up as it was the cleanest (and most modern) bathroom we saw on the island. We've got plenty of sparkling, white towels and all the fittings were polished to high standard. LOCATION Location was absolutely perfect. The apartments are located behind lovely little church and just 1 minutes walk from very well stocked shop (Morrison) and bus stop (bus stop is just in front of the Morrison). This apartments are a bit hidden so you will not hear traffic of the street and in the same time you will not have to spent hours walking to the restaurants, shops, cash point (again you can find it outside of the Morrison) etc. On the other hand if you will walk to the back of the apartments it will take you only few minutes to get to the beach (sandy) and the main Bar Street where you can find bar after bar and plenty of the souvenir shops. OWNERS We could not praise them more. Helpful is understatement. Day before arrival we noticed that we will be in Mary Christina at 10 am. We sent email asking if we could just put somewhere our suitcases till checking time and received affirmative response. Upon arrival our room was ready and waiting for us. How thoughtful. We could have a lovely cool shower after hot journey which was so very much appreciated. We were leaving very early and owner book us a taxi but to our surprise he came in the morning (6 am) to help us with our bags and to see us off.
