Our third visit to Kardamena, our first stay at Paraschos Studios. We had three very happy weeks at these studios. Typically Greek, good shower and aircon, spotlessly clean, sheets and towels changed regularly. Lovely pool and plenty of sun beds. There is no bar and no food offering so no obligation to eat and drink here. Conveniently located, only five minutes walk to the village square. Importantly, we felt very comfortable and relaxed here and totally chilled out for the duration of our stay, it's just so calm and peaceful. The room maid doesn't speak a word of English but she's of a happy disposition and very likeable. And last but not least, Connie, the owner, is a lovely lady, very pleasant and helpful and we are appreciative of her hospitality and kindness. A great place to stay in our opinion, so much so that we have already booked with Connie for another three weeks next September. Can't wait.

Excellent Stay

These studios are perfectly positioned 6 minutes walk from the harbour, beach and nighlife.The studio was spotlessly cleaned with everything needed for a great stay. The cleaner is around everyday and so so friendly.The lady who runs the place is very helpful indeed with plenty of knowledge of the area.The pool was absolutely lovely with plenty of comfy sunbeds which nobody trys to secure because theres no need.We'd definitely stay here again.

What a little gem of a place

Well we have 1 day left out of 8 days we've  spent in these outstanding studios.
Firstly the location we all care about is perfect as it's only 6 minutes to the nightlife bur set back far enough there's no loud noise etc.
The studios are spotless and have everything you need for a perfect holiday. Our cleaner is simply brilliant. 
There's a stunning pool with beds available all day long. 
If you're looking for a clean, simple and perfectly located studios then these are right up your street.

What a Gem

Arrived early hours 13th July  after a short delay,  connie was there to greet us ,1st Impressions was how quite & peaceful it was room spacious plenty of wardrobe space , kitchen area fridge with freezer compartment,  2 ring hob,  microwave  rooms spotless every room face's the pool with spacious balcony, with washing line & a few pegs  , the beds are very comfy,  air con 5 euro per night,  safe was free. We requested a top floor,  which we got room 14, shower was lovely & powerful,  towels & sheets changed regular, paraschos is 4 mins away from louis supermarket, the pool area is spotless plenty of sunbeds no  putting towels on beds to save . Many days there would be plenty of beds,  sometimes only me round the pool , met some lovely people. Would we stay here again?? A big fat YES we have found our little paradise

Lovely  & quite

Excellent location. Connie the host is fabulous nothing to much trouble. The rooms spotless had everything I needed apart from a toaster. Pool nice and clean. I've booked to go back next year. Found a perfect place for me and my husband stay in kardamena.

Paraschos studio.

Connie our host was excellent. Very clean place to stay,  room cleaned every day by a lovely Greek lady, spotless, accommodation a bit dated and could do with updating but adequate, lovely pool area with fruit trees and vines. A pity it was on a busy one way street. But would return as it was such good value for money.

Relaxing 

This is our third stay in 18 months and we will go back. Conie and her family are lovely. Everything you need in the apartment, pool area is very nice and great communication. Thanks for allowing us to stay

Brilliant Stay

Loved this accommodation. Connie & her husband were very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The pool was fantastic and no issues getting a bed. It was around 7 mins walk to the harbour. We would definitely stay again next time we’re in Kardamena which hopefully won’t be long.

Owners so friendly and welcoming made us feel at home . Rooms modern and spotless . So relaxing yet near to center for restaurant. Beach and bars . Exelent holiday xx

Quiet haven but still close to all amenities. Lovely apartments, basic but clean, only concern was we found beds a little hard, also there was no pool bar but you were allowed to take your own refreshments.
