A great place to stay. We loved the room and the host.  The area is a little louder than we expected but very entertaining. We would stay there again.

Lovely room and facilities and so close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Vasso was very helpful and accommodating. We had a wonderful time, thank you!

We were not informed that Laganas is one of the party towns of Zakynthos as we decided to go there only a few days upfront. So we were surprised and a bit afraid when arriving at night. 

But we only can recommend this 10 room hotel: if you look for a quiet place not far from the town center and beach (5 min walk)
The rooms are very quiet and from a higher class. They are cleaned every day. There is a parking lot and a nightguard. 
The pool is also very nice, but do not expect a bar at the pool as this is the purpose to keep this a quiet place.

The owner Angela is a very warm person, she will help you with any matter and is your fixer for everything you ask.
BTW: Call her "Madame Angela", she likes that !

Superb hotel runned by a charming person.

Lovely quiet accomodation which is spotlessley clean. Short walk to the baech and a wide selection of bars and restauarants. We loved it here. The owner Andela is very friendly and on hand to answer any queries, give advice on where to go etc. 5 star.

Relaxing, lovely welcome

Went there for 3 days with my girlfriend. Daughter from the owner was very friendly, she gave us her number in case we needed something. She is very helpfull. Room was clean and proper. Swimmingpool was very nice. Hotel is a couple of minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Kind and descent.

Wow... this accommodation is beautiful, quiet and in a perfect location for those wishing to dine out and visit the stunning locations Laganas has to offer. 

Angela is the perfect host ensuring every need was met upon our arrival. She regularly checked on us and made sure we were satisfied with our stay. Whilst travelling during an uncertain time, the hotel was clean and sanitary. 

I could not recommend this place enough. It is perfect for small families, couples or if you are in need of a relaxed break with your friends.

Relaxing Stay

Would absolutely recommend staying here. Laganas’ hidden gem. Angela has created a place to stay that combines luxury with affordability. Honestly could not say one bad thing about this hotel. It is small, quiet and cosy in stature but has a location perfect for couples, youngsters and families alike. Within a 5 minute walk you have the soft sand of the beach, but also the abundance of excellent shops, restaurants and bars as well as the nightclubs.  

The facilities at the Litore are great, a good sized pool with plenty of sun loungers that get sun all day long. The hotel was very clean and well looked after. In the rooms you have a very powerful and hot shower, plenty of storage draws and a large wardrobe! A fantastic basin and mirror area as well as a large dressing table all with great lighting! The bed was hugeeee and so comfy this combined with the air con unit meant we had a great nights sleep every single night. We were provided with plenty of soft fresh towels, fantastic toiletries and a vanity kit. Not only that, we were given bath robes and slippers that again, were incredibly soft and comfy!! Oh and the complimentary bottles of water and wine on arrival went down a treat...

The last thing that needs a mention is the incredibly warm and kind hostess Angela, she made our short stay in Zakynthos extremely enjoyable, she gave us lots of advice about where to go and what to do, as well as always being on hand if required (not that we needed anything it was that great!). She even organised our transport back the airport. Thank you for a great time Angela. 

Having only stayed at Litore Luxury Living for 4 nights, we can honestly say we had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing experience and we will definitely be returning very soon!!

Laganas’ hidden gem... fabulous place to stay!!!

Angela was lovely, she arranged our taxi which was waiting for us when we landed, ten minutes later we were the property. I do agree with a previous review and the rules, they did come across quite strict...no music in room, no music on balcony, no music by the pool. However, we did have music in all places and were just respectful of other guests and that's what Angela wanted, so it wasn't a problem for us. We were on our own by the pool most days but if others came we turned our music off. The pool was the best part, the location was good. Just a short walk to the strip (slightly longer getting home if you walk the wrong way!!) Security was lovely, we didn't speak to him but he waved at us up to the balcony. Wasn't sure of the cleaner as she moved certain items and then they reappeared somewhere else. One expensive makeup item came across as hidden...it was found behind a mirror and a vanity box the day before we left so just keep valuables locked away and you'll be fine, but I would say that's the same everywhere. Overall a lovely hotel and can't believe it's listed as 1 star!!

The hotel is a really fresh and pretty. But they are taking their rules to another level. When me and my friends went their there was only youths living their and every single guest their that I talked to thought that the hotel manager Angela and night guard Dam was really rude and out of hand. They told us that we couldn’t not be awake at 7:30 and sit in our balcony even though we were quiet because the other guests were sleeping. Even though they told us that we were not disturbing them. 
 Another con was that you could only get one card per room, and the cleaning lady had to clean and kick us out from out room even though it didn’t need to be cleaned nor that we wanted it. 

We went their to relax and chill, but it felt that we were judged, and watched over constantly. Their for I would absolutely not recommend this hotel for people under 30 who is their to party or even just relax.

FOR EVERYONE UNDER 30 !!!!!!

Stayed here for the week and was lovely! Rooms were clean and fresh and the pool was lush! Anglea looks after you really well and made us feel very welcome! Litore is in a great location and couldn’t fault it!
