We had a wonderful stay with my friends. The pool was very big and clean. Charlie's hospitality was unforgettable! He was very helpful!
I totally recommend it If you want to relax! The see is nearby and you can find mini market, bars and restaurants in 5 minutes. 

Wonderful stay! 

High standard of accommodation in attractive setting with it's own pool, as well as being within easy access to the beach. The rooms are cleaned daily and the outside area kept spotless.  Good service with a friendly relaxed atmosphere!

'Excellent venue'

Excellent garden and pool area. We had help every time we asked for something. The beach is 100m. Relaxing place for families mostly. The Apartments were clean. It's not 5 star apartments or luxury ones. So If you want a place to relax and chill its beautiful.

Very nice place

We came here for a week. Got a lovely room with everything we would need (nice equipped kitchen, comfy bedroom and pleasant bathroom + awesome balcony). True, wouldn't mind replacing some equipments with newer ones (cordless kettle turning off little too soon)but in the end nothing to complain much. Staff cleaning rooms daily, so no worries about bin in toilet. Great pool with quite a deep places 2,75m or even 3metres maybe. Sunbeds with umbrellas around the pool and some stuff for kids to play around with. About localization - it's a little bit between Roda and Arachavi, it's quiet so if you're not a huge disco fan and enjoy silence, you will find yourself comfortable here. Still its not very far from markets/restaurants. No need to rent a car to get to center of Roda. We recommend this place much! 

Great place to stay at Roda Corfu

Don't let older reviews put you off staying here, our family apt was great, basic but well configured with kids bedroom upstairs and recently updated bathroom. Cleaner was lovely and did a good job, floor mopped and bins emptied every day. Gardens and pool stunning and peaceful with no sunbed reservation needed! Charlie will make you feel very welcome but if you're looking for organised entertainment this probably isn't for you.

Fabulous stay at Charlie's 

After walking 4hrs around the beautiful Roda countryside in 35’ with my water running out I began dreaming of a cold iced Coke. And lo, there was a bar, and Charlie, and Coke, and ice. The pool area and apartments looked stunning too. Bliss. 

An oasis for the thirsty rambler!

Our 5th visit to Charlie's and we will back again. 

Such a quiet, tranquil and relaxing place ideally situated seconds from the beach and a ten minute stroll out of town. 

The apartments are functional rather than grand so if you're looking for luxury this isn't for you but we like to get out and about and the rooms are a perfect base for us. 

The pool is huge and very clean and the grounds are again clean and well maintained. Rooms are cleaned daily too. 

Often we are the only people around the pool during the day, why I don't know but it's bliss!

Charlie, his family and staff are so welcoming and can't do enough for you. 

Thank you again Charlie and we will see you next year!

Our 5th year.......

Summer holiday. Family of one adult and 2 teens in one of the duplex apts. Apartment very basic. Great wi-fi (a must for my 2). Air-conditioning worked perfectly. Apartment cleaned every day and clean towels as often as required. Very near the pebble beach and roda beach and town a 7 min walk. Mini market 2 mins away with good freshly baked bread croissants fresh milk and other essentials. 
We had lunch at the pool bar and the Greek salad and omelettes prepared by Charlie were excellent. 
The garden area is beautiful with mountain views and the pool is fabulous. 
We will certainly be back.

Beautiful oasis

We first got to the apartment at 1am from a long flight so didn't notice certain things but it was by far the worst stay we have ever had! Absolutely disgusting rooms, the owners kept saying the cleaner wasn't good at her job but how was she suppose to make it any better when the whole place need refurbishment. My kids room had ants nests inside and when we told them we got told it was our fault as we took food upstairs(which we didnt). The air con wasn't working and when we looked into it the air con was absolutely full of mould so we was just breathing it all in. My main concern was while my kids were in the swimming pool there was poo floating at the top. I hadn't realised so the kids were already in it. When I did tell the owners daughter, at first she tried to say my kids had pooed in the pool which is a load of crap! We went to the beach the next morning and on our return back to the apartment they wanted to go into the pool again, so I checked for poo in the pool which I shouldn't be doing but there was more! 2 days in a row, poo floating in the pool! Absolutely disgusted! It wasn't cleaned properly and was told that it was a dog and the pool would be fine to get into so they didn't do a clean on it at all. Fortunately we found a different hotel which is beautiful! But asked for some money back due to not staying the whole time. This is when the owner charlie got into my face and started shouting and threatening me and my family! We asked for the money back for the nights that we hadn't stayed and it took 3 hours with kids and no air con just standing around. They were disrespectful and not an apology for any inconvenience! Just shouted and threatened us! We have 2 young kids and this was our first holiday with them and it was ruined by this accommodation. Disheartened and disgusted by this!

Absolutely disgusted by the facilities and behaviour from owner and daughters.

I wish I could give 0 stars... where to start. Animal poo in the pool on numerous occasions and when mentioned to the owners (no body checks the pool in the morning or anytime during the day, no cleaning or maintenance on it) they blames us and said our kids must have done it, when we hadn't even been in the pool yet.. mould inside the a.c, although it doesn't work. Mould on every wall. Ants nests both upstairs and downstairs and then blamed us again and said we are leaving food in the kitchen??? It's a kitchen? There's no cupboards to store anything. And we had no food upstairs. The shower doesn't drain, so the water sits on the floor 3 inches deep, for days. Which leads to breeding of mosquitoes inside the room!!! Everything is 'repaired' with silicone. The mould In the shower was absolutely disgusting. Water pressure constantly up and down, to the point it blasted out with air, and then smashed a glass.. lights don't work, appliances inside the kitchenette just buzz and tick all night and can't be stopped. No utensils even though its self catering. You are blamed by the staff constantly, they either blame you for their mistakes or they blame the cleaner. The place needed refurbishing about 10 years ago. Stained towels, bedding, walls, light switches. It's hell on earth. Not a vacation at all. They blame the country for being hot which creates mould... they have ridiculous excuses for everything and not one single apology or any ownership for their wrong doing. They said we could be refunded for our last few nights as we couldn't physically stay there anymore, my kids couldn't use the pool due to the dog and cat poo floating in it, that doesn't get cleaned. The pool stains your swimwear in about 30 mins of being in the pool. When we tried to get our refund the owner started being aggressive towards my wife infront of the children. Its the worst place I've ever visited and wouldn't wish it on anyone to stay there. It's absolutely disgusting. I will be amazed if the place is still running in a years time, everything is broken, not a penny spent on up keep. 
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
