This family run hotel is is an ideal economical place to stay when visiting Heidelberg, which is a mere 10 minutes or so away by tram. It is clean, comfortable and you are given a warm welcome and very good service from the owners and staff. The food is good, with game(venison and wild boar) a feature. The food is very reasonably priced. Surprisingly the bar didn't stock gin and tonic so we drank some of the excellent local wines instead.
