Nice customer service, friendly personnel. Breakfast is served a nice decorated way, place is clean. Rooms are clean. Bed was comfortable to me, that is a good thing! I have experienced much worse bed even in 4* hotels. 2 stars hotel, not new, but do the job. Price level was reasonable. Close to Offenbach center.
