It's a simple guesthouse, the facilities are convenient but clean. I can't confirm the negative reviews on cleanliness. The pillow in the bed is too bulky for my taste, a smaller number would have done it, but it's a matter of taste. Breakfast is also absolutely fine, I would have wanted some more chicken. Wool works at a good speed. You walk on the beach and in various places. You can't tell the price.

For the price, it's totally fine.

We were in the country house Braband for a weekend. The bottom line is, we're not going to get into this house. But we've got all the medication. The reasons: The check-in was done by a young lady who was somewhere between annoying and unlucky. But OK, everyone can have a bad day. Then come to my room. Shortly after opening the door, my alarm went off. I have a severe dust allergy (including allergic-conditioned asthma). But I don't have all the medication in this house. From that point on, there are hotels with tequila now, but we're looking at it as a matter of urgency that we don't really have any problem anymore.

There's more to life than money

I booked a single room and a double room at the hotel, and it turned out that it was just the single room in the main building, and the double room was almost a mile away in a rather annoying distance of 10 minutes, going back and forth for breakfast to the room to the hotel to the beach, etc. We never do that again. The room outside was also very old and not very clean.

For 8 days

The rooms are very old and partly from the 1970s and very worn out.The furniture is unsuitable for the room.The breakfast buffet is satisfactory.Unfortunately for the region, the breakfast contains too few fish specialities.The mattresses are unfortunately too soft.

Rustic style

The rooms were well divided, but the facilities have changed a bit over the years, but there's actually everything you need.

A short vacation.

The rooms stand out for their size. The interior is a bit old-fashioned but cozy. The rooms and bathroom are very clean, as is the dining room. Parking is available for guests behind the hotel.

Week-end trip

An excellent beachfront address, with a detachment from the thalasso family complexes, convenient for a short professional stay.

Excellent price ratio, quiet, very well located and a rich and correct German breakfast

Close to the promenade. A generous breakfast buffet. Nice to shop. The promenade is very nice to walk. Many places to rest, stay and dream. To make the soul wander. Many different restaurants. For everyone there is something.

1 week of relaxation

Clean rooms, plenty of breakfast, five minutes' walk to the beach, parking, friendly staff, happy to get back to the centre on foot, fast and easy, lots of places nearby.

Short trip

We stayed at this small family run hotel in Duhnen which is a neighborhood near Cuxhaven, Germany.  So, so nice.  The room was very comfortable, clean and in good condition.  The wifi worked well. Those are the most important things in my view.  But, in addition, it had a great, big breakfast buffet, the front desk people were so friendly, although they don't have much English.  I love it that it was on a little residential street about a block from the beach.  I like that it wasn't a big chain hotel. It just seemed friendly and warm.
