Good hotel for families and couples. We were in a family room facing the street but overlooking the mountains. We had two bedrooms, a living room and a large balcony. There are only a few dishes and a kettle in the kitchen, no stove. 
    Beautiful mountain views, clean beach, cheap breakfast, close to Turkish border (about 2 km) and good bus connection to the city. Very good hotel for this price.

Good stay

I don't prefer to stay in this Hotel.  You pay too much for slowly Internet, for bad Service and when you talk with Manager he say : " I undersdend you" and that's all .. I found needle in my bed, TV Cabel was dameged, Internet was realy Slowly, Clothes horse was brocken and Restaurant Service was as well very bad.  
 
You pay when you left the hotel. I knew that I pay 1310 GEL for 7 Nights , i spoke with Manager, ich said :" for this Service is too much money "and he don't even  look at me .. He said only " I understand you "  when I wanted to pay, The girl from reception said : It makes 680 GEL , i thought they really unterstand me. I paid and went with Taxi, in 15 minutes,  the Manager and another College from this Hotel they found us on the way  . .  I thought, I have something in Hotel forgotten: mobile Phone or something like that.  They say : "you know what you forget,  you have to pay 1310 GEL"  It was not my fault, he was there too,  when I paid and I realy thought they made a discount but no! 
 I'm from Georgia/ Batumi  but live in Germany.  I was after 1,5 year in Georgia in Hotel "Sunsat",it was my Holiday after long time . It's realy shameful for me to have such exprience in my Country.  In Kvariati is many good Hotels not like "Sunsat".. it your choice but i  don't realy prefer it..

You don't always get what you pay for. .

We landed from Tbilisi in the morning and within 10 minutes arrived to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room already waiting.
The location outside the city center allows you to enjoy the peaceful shoreline of the black sea. Only traffic past the hotel is to the Turkish border.
Visit the local shops and stop for a coffee. It is a very friendly neighborhood, close to downtown Batumi.

Great and peaceful weekend in a very comfortable apart hotel located on the shoreline

The room was big and the staff very friendly. We stayed there before the formal season started but enjoyed a peaceful weekend.
The airport and downtown were only 15 minutes drive and the taxi are cheap(less then 5 euros / direction).
It seems that when the restaurant will open for the season and in high season(July -August) it will be hard to find a room due to high demand.
