Royal Regency Paris Vincennes

We had previously stayed at the Royal Regency in July 2018 and enjoyed the hotel and the neighborhood so much that we were happy to stay there again. Our second visit didn’t disappoint. On our first visit, we’d stayed in a two-bedroom unit, with a balcony overlooking the street in front of the building. This time, we were in a one-bedroom unit in the back building, which is connected to the main building by a glass-walled walkway. Our unit was scrupulously clean and comfortable, and the kitchen, while small, was well equipped and had everything we needed for our one-week stay. It’s helpful that the toilet is in a separate room from the shower room when getting ready in the mornings. Both rooms have sinks, although the one in the toilet room is very small. The front-desk staff were all, to a person, friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Vincennes is a lovely, quiet suburb of Paris, and there are many nice neighborhood restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Coming back for a second visit was, in many ways, like coming home. We would definitely consider the Royal Regency for another stay in a few years.
