Cozy hotel in the center of the city . The hotel was absolutely superb from the moment we stepped  inside ,there was very well welcome .The room was extremely clean and staff very friendly. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family .

Great location with friendly staff

Staff were  very kind and helpful. Fresh efficient breakfast according to your choice. Right in the heart of the city.  Clean and comfortable rooms. If i visit Bitola next time i will stay again there. Thanks for everything. 

Nice stay 

We visit restaurant. First we were polite set to our table. And waiter was also very friendly and polite. In menu you can find any food that you like in that moment. We can't decide what to eat, they have from Italian,Mexican food. Food is also great and is not expensive.
Location is great, is at center little off from main street. It's not noisy you can have conversation with your family, friends or partner, no need to yell.

Great place

Hotel is in a great location, just off the main strip of cafes and restaurants- get away from the noise! Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly too! Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bitola. 

Very good stay

The place has very good location and is cosy and conveniently set. However the service is very poor. We went there with friends and kids for dinner. One of the reason was that there is non smoking label at the entrance. They have 2 sections in the restaurant: for smokers and non-smokers. But they are not separated at all and practically the air is stinky and smoke is equally thick all around the place. No ventilation, nor fresh air at all. When I complained, the waitress simply said: “This is the way we operate!” with no action taken. My friends did not mind the smoke so they stayed and waited for the food for ages. 

Smoky, stinky with poor service 

Over priced food with no quality. I ordered a Cesar's salad, which was tiny and it came with a WORM THAT WAS CRAWLING AROUND THE PLATE. Once i showed it to the waiter he just took it and didn't even apologized or said anything to me as a customer and walked away like it wasn't anything. DON'T EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT!!!

Should be closed down by sanitary inspection

We had a group of 20 Israeli kids which we had to get some lunch and we suggested to go to this place. Then they OUTRIGHT told us to go find another place because they didn't like foreign kids. Absolutely disgusting.

We went to another place. I recommend the Millenium restaurant. They have good food.
