I have never a experienced in my whole entire life such horrible one - horrible hotel stay😊

1. Only 5 rooms are occupied, so hotel is literally empty 

2. Checking in procedure took approx 35 min, and please don’t ask me why😊

3. The poor young inexperienced Receptionist is completely alone, and lost

4. Where is his manager or the hotel manager? Probably only God/Jesus knows😊

5. Landline of the hotel doesn’t work. You try to call the hotel prior arrival, and for ages and several trials, no answer

6. Hot water in the bath doesn’t exist. Either you enjoy cold water bath/shower during November onwards, or you heat some water in the room cattle and enjoy a primitive bath😊

7. Room telephone sets don’t work. If you need anything from the hotel staff, you might need to exercise a walk and ask face to face

8. You manage to obtain the manager number, you call his mobile....of course doesn’t answer 😃

The question that might raises itself:

Reception manager that doesn’t show in the hotel....a General Manager that is not even there....does the owner of this hotel cares?

Absolutely he doesn’t care for a minute, and my prediction is most likely this hotel will be soon closed/shutdown.

That explains this horrible experience that did cost me approx $260 paid for 2 nights (surely have already left a paid one night earlier)😀

This hotel is a sad joke!

Literally Terrible Hotel & Careless Management 

I stayed in this hotel in November with my sister. The rooms were very clean and cosy. Really enjoyed the meals in the restaurant there have been different kinds of food for any occasion. Really recommend this hotel as it is also close to the sea.

Great hotel for family stay

Nice view, good place and pool and sea also was good and animation team really crazy and funny we wanted spend more time with animationteam and good staff and barmans speically terrace bar staff and i recommend that hotel for everyone.

I would lile to thank animation team and want to say food was really nice and rooms are clean and everything With clean and beautiful and speical thanks to lobby barmans and resturants and waitera and meter buffet

 The best vacation!

We had a family vacation (4 adults and 1 kid). The hotel proposed us 2 separate rooms that were one after another. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms - huge :)
Food was cooked outside and was very tasty. Especially we liked fresh-made pizza. And the guys at the restaurant were awesome! The sea - this is the real place that should be visited. Lots of fish simply at the shore. You don't need any special equipment to see and swim among such a variety of different fishes. And by the way - we had access to the separate beach that was available for the guests of our hotel only.

Great vacation

This hotel seriously misrepresents itself on its website and booking sites.  The rooms are average, the expected advertised facilities were mainly closed or under repair. Only 1 restaurant, where not only was the food inedible for us anyway - but it was like a bun fight to even get to the food, so serving dishes were empty within minutes. 
We had booked the all inclusive package but ate out for every single meal and the hotel refused to refund us any of of the substantial 4 figure sum paid.  
Facilities are shared with the hotel next door where you can stay for 1/4 price.
The beach was massively overcrowed. this is essentially a Ukranian hotel in Egypt, for Ukranians only.

The only redeeming grace was that the staff were exceptional.

Excellent Staff - okay Rooms - Terrible Food - Most facilities Closed

We were looking for a quiet and cozy place for a great vacation. Le Royale Sonesta has fulfilled all our expectations. There is a very good staff in the hotel, which has provided to all our requests. Thanks to Mahmoud, the pools were always clean and warm). Rooms have good furnishings and the bathroom is very well-looking and cozy. Also in the room, we had a personal safe where we could store valuable items and documents. All excursions were organized by Anex tour and our tour guide Hatem at the highest level, thank you very much! Also, we thank Fuad, Morad, and Hitham for a good trip on the boat and for diving, they provided a good service. The meal is organized at a high level in the hotel. There was a wide assortment of food and a cozy restaurant. Special thanks to Nazif from our restaurant Le Gondola for great service and a good sense of humor)) When our vacation was over, it turned out that our flight was carried over to the morning, but the number we had already given away. We are very grateful to the hotel's chief administrator for providing us with meal service and another room for one night free of charge. We are very grateful for all of you for such a good service. It was a cool vacation!

Greate vacation

We had a lovely stay, rooms spacious and well equipped, right infrontbof the large heated pool.  Overall the staff was very welcoming and eager to help out.  Great value for money.  Thank you to all the staff that contributed to us having a great start to 2019!
