Amazing week away for my birthday. The hotel was lovely and all the staff were so accommodating and welcoming.
The beach and pool were both lovely places to be. We did one excursion through the hotel - submarine which was so good! 
The food was okay, was the same everyday but was still lovely to eat on lunch and evening.
Will definitely be coming back!

Amazing holiday!

The entertainment team were brilliant ! Especially Dino very active and engaged with the hotels activities! Hotel staff and food were great, would recommend for guests to try the pasta station. The pasta chef very friendly and welcoming.

SINBAD club best hotel

Dino and the other animators were incredibly attentive and very thoughtful, they made the evening so wonderful, another massive shout out to kamel Ahmed whose pasta was insanely delicious! And to the rest of the restaurant team, such a wonderful experience and holiday

Amazing holiday

Very nice hotel very clean excellent food and lovely rooms. Staff are amazingly helpful. Big thanks to Fawy Mohammed. 

Pools and water park very good fun, nice drinks and very welcoming to everyone. I plan to return as soon as possible to this amazing hotel.

Lovely holiday

Lovely hotel, staff are brilliant great for kids and family’s and adults too . I recommend this hotel - fawy Mohammed the lifeguard was great - good location for shops, restaurants etc. water slides for the kids - food is ok everyone will find something to eat. Good mid price option!

The hotel grounds were lovely, we also enjoyed pool area and the beach! Beach bar food was quite nice, better than the hotel main restaurant's, in my opinion,however, the Italian( Islam was fab and looked after us), Asian and Lebanese were a  lot  better!The alcohol spirits were  rancid and we had to buy our own bottles, the beer was ok.The staff were very helpful and friendly ( bit over friendly with the young ladies we had with us). We had massages(lovely)and went on a couple of excursions booked through the hotel...which were fantastic.New Year's Eve Gala was great...so fab night had by all!

I have not been to egypt in 14 years having been to Luxor many times as well as Aswan Cairo and Sharm el Sheikh and this time came with my family and we booked 2 weeks. We were giving 2 standard rooms next to each other on the ground floor which were very dated but were kept spotlessly cleaned by Mohamed Salama (Pictured) who changed linen and towels every day which was very good. Mohammed also left 2 bottles of water in the rooms every day. He was also teaching me an egyptian word every day! - Thank you Mohamed!

Pros and Cons:

Pros - Staff very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and the food is excellent. There is a Italian, Lebanese and Asian restaurants available to be pre booked but you need to get to the lobby around 9am to book before its booked out. The hotel is conveniently located to shops but they are mostly tourist items and there are also 2 mini markets across the road from the hotel. The hotel has a beach across the road and down an alley. The beach is very good and you can get food and drink which is the same as back at the hotel. We went all inclusive so drinks and food at the beach was perfect. The animation team were amazing there are over 16 of them and the shows are mainly dancing. Show times in the evenings finish around 10:30. The Christmas and New Years shows were fantastic and the food amazing. They have a lot of people who work for the Sindbad Experience who constantly keep asking if you would like to go the submarines and other boats that the hotel owns but they were very good when we went out on them so no complaints there! We also done a day trip to the island of Mahmya which was beautiful. They supply the snorkel equipment and lunch that's included in the price we got this done through Easyjet for UK 80.00pp each. The Sindbad Experience said they could do it for UK 50.00 but I wasnot sure if that included lunch. One of the Sindbad Experience reps we used was Mohammed "James" Kamel who was very knowledgeable about everything at the hotel.

Cons - As we went all-inclusive we expected that it would be all-inclusive but they keep pushing you to buy lagers like Stella which works out ast UK 4.40. If you want to buy Pringles they are UK 2.88 and a bar of chocolate UK 2.00. Bottles wine in the hotel are EU/UK 60.00 or thereabouts and more so that was a big no no. Basically if you were not going all-inclusive this place would cost you a fortune to stay in. 

All in all though, it's a great place to stay and I would recommend the hotel and the Sindbad Experience on the Quest where you can go snorkeling on the coral reef which is great and the Submarine is a must where you can see the corals and fish from 25 meters below.

An honest review, overall very good rooms a bit tired but shower is excellent and bed is comfy, special mention to Agathe who looked after us in room 5032.
Food was really good, we ate in the Botanica rather than the Gusto as it was quieter and the staff in the Botanica were fantastic. There are 3 al a carte restaurants which you can use as often as you want, our favourite was the Lebanese but the others were decent as well.
Main pool was overcrowded because of limited areas where the sun was all day which resulted in the usual CLOWNS waking the whole hotel at 5am with them dragging beds  around and putting towels down, Management need to stop this practice the place was pitch black and those idiots using their phone torches at 5am aaaaggghh, so we avoided it, went to wave pool a few times lots of quiet areas but we tended to use the beach most days which is a fantastic set up with a bar and restaurant at the beach, all the staff here were so friendly and attentive from the kitchen, bar and housekeeping.
Main lounge areas are well serviced by the waiters especially Omar in the Library which shows all the Premier games.
Christmas event on the 24th was busy but very good with great food.
Went on the Boat trip to Orange Island with Sinbad Tours in the Hotel great day snorkelling absolutely amazing along the coral reefs, and the instructors were brilliant however the  day was spoiled somewhat by the 1.5 hour stop off at the Island a non event and a massive rip off 22 euro for a G&T 🤷‍♂️
First time in Egypt and we really enjoyed it will definitely return for some winter sun



Fantastic Winter Break

Our holiday was amazing inside hotel sindbad because there’s every sing we found inside from the food was very tasty and room was modern and clean and also the staff was kind was us all the time and also the entertainment was perfect thank you sindbad for the great holiday

The hotel is perfect and I have been here 6 times before and the place is fantastic and has so much to offer, good range of food and drinks, the room is always kept clean and so tidy and the staff are amazing, so friendly and treat you like family such a good hotel would definitely reccomend, hotel has an amazing animation team who have a big impact on your holiday and realltndongo that extra mile for you, great range of shows provided by the animation team
