We’ve had a great time staying here, all the staff here are really attentive and friendly. The animation team in particular are super fun and helpful! We booked a room with the view of the pyramids and it’s well worth the extra money. The food at the pool side bar is lovely and the al a carte restaurant has good food too. We didn’t pay for the half board so only had the buffet breakfast which was fine. Some labels have food allergy labels but not all of them so just bare that in mind if you do have food allergies (they do have gluten free bread). The bed is super comfy and the room is large. Great view of the pyramids from the pool too. Highly recommend staying here.
