What was good

I loved the butler we had her name was Rosa. She helped make the trip memorable by offering services and guidance once we got to the resort. I was also highly impressed by the waiters in the buffet and beach area, Wifi was one of the waiters that really helped make all of my family comfortable.

What was bad

The help desk service on the email brought me to a call center in Miami where the same person Sonia kept answering. She was incredibly rude and would always prompt me to contact the hotel directly costing me a lot in international data charges. Food at the specialty restaurants on the resort, often was over cooked and really dry. Their Italian restaurant served I cleaned shrimp and severely dry salmon. The pushy sales people at the front desk and the beaches. It was overwhelming to have everyone trying to sell me something (excursions, time share etc.) def not peaceful.
