Not only is Almond beautiful, everyone in the Village is beautiful. Everything is done with love and care. If I ever win the lottery, my wife and I, (and some friends), are going to jump on a plane and fly out and spend 3 - 4 months by the pool and bar deciding how we'll spend the money. Every thing about Almond is just right. If you get the chance, GO!

Beautiful Almond

This is not my first trip to the Almond.  And it certainly won't be my last.
What a wonderful holiday.  This is a family run hotel and holiday village that just gets better all the time. The accommodation is spotless, food terrific ,big clean pool and beautiful gardens.  The staff are friendly and efficient. I know even as a single woman traveller that I would feel safe. A gym has been opened and a beauty and hair salon.  There is something for everyone.   Cyprus itself is beautiful with many attractions and activities.   
Any requests for help with taxi s,
 airport transfers,  where to visit etc.  All met very quickly.

Wonderful holiday.  Great place to stay ,eat and play.  Lovely friendly atmosphere.

Our sincerest thanks to Dervise, Ali, Gulten, Ayse, Ahmet and all the Almond staff for making our week with you so special. Every single day, everyone we spoke to was helpful, courteous and above all happy. This was our second visit and we look forward to returning with our own family, including grandchildren. 
Although you have had to reduce your evening restaurant offerings, we always found something delicious to eat and there are so many excellent places to eat nearby, just a 15 minute walk, or short taxi drive away. 
One new experience we discovered this year was the nearby Gilham Vineyard, where we enjoyed a Wine and Cheese pairing, facilitated by an excellent sommelier. Another was a visit to the “Dead Zone” of Famagusta, uninhabited since 1974; a sobering, but thought provoking experience. The Almond arranged taxis and transfers for all our outings. 
We will return !!

An idyllic place to absorb the atmosphere of Northern Cyprus

Family run hotel.  The staff and management are very attentive, and will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. The food is good, although only light meals are available in the evening. However there are plenty of restaurants around, which the reception will book for you. Pool towels are available.  We prefer the hotel or the bungalows to the villas, which have a mezzanine bedroom.

Top rate family hotel, with friendly staff.

We stayed here for a very relaxing week in the middle of August, 15 years on from our last visit. There is, perhaps, a degree of trepidation returning after a long absence, but we needn't have worried as it was just the same. We opted for a club room on this occasion, which overlooked the immaculately maintained swimming pool and gardens. This proved to be an excellent choice in terms of location and size. The inclusive breakfast set us up nicely each day, given the choice and variety on offer. Other food that we had was equally enjoyable and it was pleasing to note that all the drinks were very competitively priced. From the family members to the other staff, everyone was very friendly and extremely attentive. While we were there we hired a car from their fleet which was excellent value and hassle free. The week passed too quickly but we will be back!

A relaxing holiday

Another wonderful holiday spent at Almond Holiday Village. Some new staff as well as familiar faces who go out of their way to make your stay extra special. The Almonds is family owned and they are always front & Centre on a daily basis. If they can reintroduce the a la carte menu in the evenings then that would be perfect. 

6th Holiday here!

We have returned many times over the years because we are made to feel so at home , it is absolutely stunning, the family who run it along with their staff are all first class. The Almond is so clean & tidy & the food is amazing. We absolutely love it.

My favourite place

The welcome - after a very stressful journey and flight we received a lovely warm welcome, due to our late arrival the restaurant was closed but the staff had sandwiches sent to the room which were much appreciated and delicious.  
Room - we stayed in the Treat Suite which was roomy and spotless, the private veranda was amazing with beautiful views up into the mountains and the immaculate grounds of the Almond. Just a quick note for future travelers the plugs in the room are of the UK type so no need for adapters.
Food- we ate at a few places nearby but too be honest the food in the hotel was the best, lots of variety on the menu, food was hot, very good quality and large portions. The breakfast was also lovely with my particular favorite being the local spiced sausage and the eggs which come from the Almonds own chickens located to the rear of the property along with their well tended fruit and veg gardens and ostriches......
All staff were very pleasant and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Whether it be just the cheerful hello at breakfast or using the bar by the pool all the staff were lovely.
Overall- we rented cars via the hotel which was very easy to arrange, exchanged money at a better rate than was locally available, were given maps and advice on the local area and had a superb massage in the state of the art spotlessly clean health spa.
This hotel has everything you want for couples or families, the quality of service they provided was unparalleled with anything we have experienced before the only downside - a week was not long enough.

Almond - more than lived up to our expectations

The Almond was the accommodation and social hub for our daughters international wedding. Friends and families from diverse cultures and countries duely  arrived. The age groups ,needs and expectations were all varied but The Almond provided a happy and relaxing experience for everyone. As usual their standard of care and professionalism was excellent. 
We cannot thank you all enough.

Another great holiday at this delightful holiday village.  The food and accommodation were up to the usual standard.  The gardens , pool and outside eating area were great.  The family made us so welcome and the staff were so pleasant.
