Although the studio was clean, it did not provide what they advertised. We looked specifically for places with a washing machine and seating other than a dining chair, as we were staying 3+ nights everywhere.  They misrepresented themselves. Washing machines were removed (taps and fittings obvious in barhroom). A little disappointed but hey travel is like that. A solid 30 minute walk into the old town so be prepared.

New, stylish and clean apartment. Nice welcome by the german speaking host with small gifts and later also fruits and vegetables from the garden. The english speaking daughter very helpful via sms. Lovely garden with sea view. Big terrace with sun-beds, table & chairs. The beach is just outside the house and you can walk along the sea-front in boat directions. Easy parking beside the hotel. Close to the Paklenica National Park. 30 minutes drive to Zadar.

Maslenica is very quiet. It has one restaurant and the supermarket isn't big although remarkable well stocked for its size. Having a car is probably necessary. The water was colder than at beaches further out.

Stylish apartment by the sea.

Received a great welcome and friendly helpful advice. Spacious apartment with large private balcony, excellent kitchen/dining room. Very quiet area close to amenities. Easy walking to the old town (2 - 3 kms)

Great apartment, friendly helpful advice

We stayed here initially because getting two nights in a row was challenging.  We were blown away by how nice it was.   The rooms were very clean and ours had a cute little patio out front with a table to relax.  Our host Mario and his sister set us up for a day boat trip that was the most memorable part of my stay in Croatia.  It was easy to get to the center of town and I will stay again!

Great Hotel Great People

I stayed in this apartment three nights within a week with my girlfriend in May. Our room was clean, reasonably big (Twin beds plus table, two chairs, tv and wardrobe) and had a private bathroom. All that for 11 euros each! I must say it was in May which is still low season,

The place is a 20mins walk far from the old town in a residential area, a bit far but that means it is easy to get to if you have a car. It also has plenty of parking space. 

The owner and his mum were very helpful (the only negative point is that we had to wait a fair bit when we arrived the first day because the owner was driving there. There was nobody else in the house (Things go at a different pace in Croatia). On the other side, once we spoke to the owner, we could arrange anything we needed with just a phone call, including a last minute booking of one night.
