The property is very secure and the host shared helpful information regarding local restaurants which was very helpful as it was our first time staying in Split.

A wonderful stay hosted by Bruno. I just loved opening the shutters and seeing history as others hundreds of years before me did. The apartment was clean, tidy and modern. An important part for me was the ability to open windows and experience Split right there in front of me. Wi-Fi, exceptional....location, incredible. Thank you again for an awesome week.

These apartments are right in the heart of split.   The entrance is quite conciled, but we were met by Ivan, who helped us from the taxi.   The apartment is good for a couple, ample room and good aircon. The double glazing means you get a good nights sleep, comfortable bed and plenty of hot water.   You are only steps from great restaurants and cafes.  Ivan was the best host, ensuring we had clean towels and bedding throughout our stay.   Highly recommended.  

Wonderful location for the city

Though a bit hard to find at first, we loved the central location and view of the tower from our apartment in split.  We were easily able to block out light and sound with the curtains and windows and having the couch there was a nice plus.  The kitchen is quite small, but we really only needed the fridge so no complaints here!

Cute apt in excellent location

This lovely spacious studio apartment  is in a great location right next to the square with even a view . Every thing has been thought of and the furnishings are very nice. A taxi was arranged as well for pick up at the airport . 

Lovely location so close to the square

We were greeted by a delighted young woman, on time who warmly welcomed us to Split and showed us to our apartment and gave us lots of information about what to see, where to eat and what to do while we were in town. 
The apartment itself was in the the heart of Split, on the first floor overlooking the town square but with the double glazing, the night life was blocked out and our room was silent. Just a short walk, less than a 100 mtrs. And you are on the hubbub of the Split Esplanade overlooking all the boats and you can sit and just drink coffee, eat an ice-cream or people watch for hours, it's a fabulous location. 
The room was well equipped with shampoo, deodorant, personal needs, books and magazines and very comfortable indeed. The room was spotlessly clean and I would highly recommend this apartment for the location, the amenities, the cleanliness and cost, I think you would struggle to do better in Split. 


Fantastic location, Excellent Attention to Detail

The location enabled us to explore Split with ease. For two people apartment is roomy/ clean, a well stocked kitchenette, markets close by to stock fridge and lots of spare towels. We could pop back to apartment for lunch, put our feet up, store shopping or change for dinner, then out again for more wonderful Split sights. Lots of restaurants, cake shops and bars within an easy hop from apartment. We allocated a time to get keys and all worked smoothly, we rang just to confirm our arrival and he was there to meet us. A must is the Split Archaeological Museum, a short walk out of tourist hub (shown on tourist map) but a WOW factor even if you are not into history.

Excellent location in Split Croatia

The hotel is in an excellent location - right in the middle of everything, and located within the walls of the palace.
The room is small, but since we're not in the room except to sleep and get ready, it's not a deal breaker.
However, the bathroom is pretty small, which is kind of a big deal for me, and the lighting is not ideal.  Also the water pressure is on the low side, but it's do-able.  The bed is ok, but could be softer.  
Our host however, was wonderful and insisted that we call her if we ever needed ANYTHING, which we didn't.  But good to know that she was there if we needed her.
Would we stay here again.  Maybe.   Not sure.  Our stay wasn't horrible, but it wasn't the best either.  
But EXCELLENT location!!
