This.faculity has great Location despite been above the amin road. Extraordinary view over the sea. It is five minutes walk from the beach. The apartment is very Well equiped. Free parking is avaiilable on the site. Wi-Fi is Free too. Host is nice person ready to help and give information. 

These apartments are just lovely, spectacular sea views and a stunning infinity pool. Plus there's a patio with BBQ and it's within easy reach of Dubrovnik and Cavtat by bus or taxi. Would highly recommend a visit here!!

Ideally located apartments between Srebreno and Mlini's centre. Konzum shopping mall, supermarket, bus stop and lots of restaurants are all within walking distance. Lovely pebble beaches with cristal clear water are just steps away down the hill. 

Our one-bedroom apartment is on the 3rd floor with great sea view from balcony (the balcony is shared with an another apartment). Clean, quiet although located next to a busy road. It has a small kitchen with basic equipment providing what you need for self-catering. Wifi not very strong and air-conditioner a bit noisy.

Very nice and friendly hosts who welcomed us with drinks, fresh fruits and drove us to Dubrovnik airport when we left. 

Highly recommended place to get away from the crowded touristy Dubrovnik while being not far to visit.

Great stay in Mlini at Nikolina's place”

We stayed here during the October half term and it was extremely quiet.  The apartments are adequate for a couple but if you have a child with you like we did then it is cramped.  We had a double bed with a sliding door separating the tiny lounge/sofa bed a kitchen.  It's ok for somewhere to sleep and to have breakfast but we didn't spend much time in our room.  The main hotel has a buffet style restaurant which we found was good to eat at.  There is a large bar area and they sometimes had music at night.  TUI had advised that we couldn't use the outdoor pool due to maintenance - yet none took place whilst we were there.  It would have been too cold to use anyway!  The temperature was around 18-22 degrees and on our last day there was a storm.  Be warned the indoor pool is not heated and they have an idiotic towel system (best to bring your own towel rather than arguing with the sour puss on reception!).  Not really a lot to do here for us and is more suited to older clientele travelling by coach.  The complex is perched up a hill so there are sloping paths down to the pool and sea.  There is a nice long walk by the sea, along the prom to the next town (around 30-40 mins) where there is a small shopping complex and some bars & restaurants.

Mini Mlini

We stayed here for 2 nights, we had a room for four people. The first room they gave us was room 103. Everything was wrong in there, they probably did not renovate this one. One of the beds was making a very loud noise, the person sleeping on it was afraid to turn at night, thinking they would wake us all up. The bathroom was dirty, there were spiders and webs all around, the cutlery had been cleaned but whoever did that did a very poor job at it. The curtains rod was hanging on one side, we were afraid it was going to fall. And above all, what was unacceptable was that the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke once you closed the balcony door. I could not sleep at all that night which was very disturbing since the next day we were going to visit Dubrovnik and I was already extremely tired. We asked for another room early next morning, which was granted at some point in the afternoon when we came back. The new room was much better and closer to the description on booking. When we left they gave us a 20% discount on the price, so I trust they do want make things better wiyh their customers. To the host's defense, somewhat, he was a heavy smoker himself so his sense of smell is probably not as keen as ours, or he doesn't understand very well when people complain about that room.
