This hotel is also called Books Hotel in Agoda.

What I like:-
1. The hotel must converted from an big old home or a hotel. The little courtyard adds a character to the place. Nice.
2. I felt like staying in my own house as the place is a bit untidy and some small repairs needed. Ok with this.
3. The rooms are airy, bright with balcony. I like it. 
4. Clean bed and comfortable bed - Important to me. 
5. Near to many local eateries. If u wan seafood, the next door restaurant is good but need to pay good prices.
6. There is a bus stop across the hotel. Bus 21 @ RMB 1 takes u to Xiamen U, Nanputuo an dthe overseas chinese museum. Take the same bus back.

What I din like
1. They din change bedsheet for the last 4 days I was there. But they changed towels and tidyed the room.
2. Eractic wifi.
3. Be careful of slippery floors

I get sick at the trip,the staff are very helpful to give me help

A nice and friendly environment

Went here on our vacation just before CNY. 
The hotel has "character" with its little garden inside and the old building. Also the staff is very friendly.

But what I did not liked: 
- It was very noisy almost every time even during night
- the smell of the room, in the first night we had suddenly cigarette smoke in the room that caused me a cough the entire next day (maybe from outside); the 2nd day we had a strange smell of pee even the toilet was flushed
- the rooms have a lot of dust (see pictures, the bed and tv were covered with a layer of dust)
- no coffee at all, even the name indicates, well there is a small cafeteria but this is not comfortable and do not haven good coffee
