Really spacious rooms and the service level was exceptional. had welcome drink kit in the room for the first day which was really a surprise- not sure whether it was provided as we had opted for a long stay.
Nothing to look around from the room- more for business and not my recommended for family

beautiful property in a beautiful city

This hotel is a very nice choice if there's a reason you need to stay in this particular part of Suzhou. It's a newly developed part of the city with very little to recommend it. But the hotel is very nice and quite a bargain. I paid roughly US$60 including tax to stay here, and the room was luxurious and very comfortable for that price. However, walking out the door is a disappointment. This is a new area with almost an abandoned feeling. It is not old Suzhou and certainly not a good area for a tourist coming to see the sites of Suzhou. But as I wrote, the hotel itself is very nice. If you don't speak Chinese, the hotel restaurant can be a bit of a challenge, but an English speaking waitress helped me.

nice hotel, uninteresting location

My husband and I stayed in this Hotel for 2 days and it was a pleasant experience. All Season Hotel is the name that direct translate from the hotel’s Chinese name. You will see the hotel name as Ji Hotel when you reach there. So don’t worry, it is the same hotel. 

This hotel located at Guan Qian Street, Lin Dun Road. 5 minutes walk from Lin Dun Station (Subway Line 2). The location is very strategic as it is close to the Guan Qian Pedestrian Street. There are plenty of shops and eateries nearby. We also walk to the Humble Administration Garden from the Hotel, it took us about 25 minutes. People who don't like to walk may take a trishaw which only cost you 5RMB. 

It is a very busy street right in front of the hotel and it is very noisy outside the hotel. However, once you walk into the Hotel compound, you will find yourself in a peaceful and relaxing ambience. So do not worry about the noise. There is a nice garden inside the hotel. The hotel room is clean and well sounds proof. We have good sleep for the 2 nights stay. 

I’m unable to give any comment on the hotel breakfast because I do not book the room with breakfast. The front desk service could be better if the staffs are friendlier. Undeniably, they are task oriented .efficient but lack on smile and greeting. 

As conclusion, I will choose this hotel again or the branches in other places whenever it is available.

Very nice rooms, a little noisy outside which can be heard due to bad windows. receptionists are friendly n professional 

Breakfast is a problem, even my Chinese colleagues don't like it. Variety is limited, only starts at 730. At 730 many things are not ready. Staff moral in breakfast area is not very goods.
