All citizens of Chile, regardless of the duration of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days may have to pay the national sales tax (19%) when checking out. To receive tax exemption, foreign citizens must pay for their stay upon entry in foreign currency (not Chilean pesos) or with a credit card issued abroad and present a valid passport along with the migration card they received upon entry into the country. If a person subject to paying the tax and another exempt from the same share a room, the rate may be applied to the entire room.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note the property's exterior swimming pools will only be available for guest use from 15th December to 15th March. The indoor heated swimming pools are available for guest use every weekend and holiday. The lagoon is available for sailing throughout the year. The huge crystal lagoon is for non-powered water sports only, (e.g. kayaking, windsurfing, etc.) Swimming is not allowed except in a very small area next to the lagoon and during summer high season only (approx. December 15 to March 15) The on-site restaurants are open only during weekends and Chilean holiday periods outside of summer high season. Managed by a private host
