The owners of this motel are very hands on.  Exceptionally clean, well price and so close to the Shrine of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré.  If you are looking for a family oriented or simply travelling alone this is a great place to stay.

Great place - Great Service

We wanted nothing fancy for the night and that is exactly what we got! All the motels looked about the same and rather than go door to door, we picked the one with my name on it (Joanne)! No discount for this or anything else. I feel we could have done better, but who knows? Our room was 2nd from the highway and with all windows closed the traffic noise was deafening! Hence the bedside fan. The people were friendly. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Restaurant right across the street and another next door.

The motel, just like all the other motels and hotels in the area need some serious updating.

The motel was very functional, everything you needed and nothing you don't. The location was good, only a few minute drive from Mont Sainte Anne, and walking distance to a few restaurants. For the price it was a pretty good spot, especially once you consider you'll have to tack on the 15% combined province and federal taxes.

On par with other dated motels in the area

It is a most convenient, well kept motel, next to the Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré basilica and not far from Quebec city. An excellent starting point to explore the Quebec City area and the region of Charlevoix. The staff were most accommodating and courteous, the room very big and well maintained. Everything worked properly, there was no noise, and we were pleasantly surprised to see such a great room with two king beds, a living-room area and a fridge, coffeemaker, etc. at a more than affordable price. It was an excellent stay. I will go back there without hesitation.

Excellent place to stay at

The accommodations were as we expected.  However, upon checkout we were presented with over $500 in extra charges.  When attempting to ascertain why we were charged extra, we were given the run around by the owners, were accused of lying and treated in a very condescending manner.  Management declined to provide documents that they say proved that we were not just renting a house, but, that we were also paying per person; a fact that was never disclosed to us until check out.
