Other than the distance to my daughter’s hotel, Tim Horton’s close by and working air conditioning, I have nothing great to say about the motel. It seemed like one straight out of the movies where bad things happen. The towels were one step up from cheese cloth. The pool was closed and in obvious need of repair. The bedding was stained with blood as we noticed 2 nights in and covered with cigarette burns. The fridge stunk so bad we couldn’t use it. The bathroom door didn’t stay closed unless you shoved something under the door. When you sat on the toilet you were blasted by hot air from the baseboard heater that was stuck on high! The water pressure sucked. The first morning we woke up to a police siren and ambulance in the parking lot. Thank God I brought an extra lock for safety.

Typical run down motel

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! I had stayed for 3 nights and I paid $250 security deposit. When it was check out, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the room. I kept it tidy and no garbage. The owner kept my money of course and didn't pay me back my deposit. Most of my family and friends stay at this motel when they go to niagara falls but I will make sure that they don't choose this place anymore. Awful people to do this to someone who is already struggling. 

Poor service

Great rooms and close to all site seeing amenities! The casino is right across the street and the falls is walking distance from the hotel!!! we didn't use the pool cause its February but it looks really nice!!!

Great clean rooms and affordable!!!

Warning ⚠️ do not stay here.  My husband and i decided  to take our kids to the falls for the night and booked a family  room here. when we arrived they gave us a standard room instead , so we asked for our family room or  said we'd  stay  in standard with a money adjust.  they decided to give us our family  room but to our surprise  it had not been  cleaned, beds unmade , deposible masks on the floor and unmade bed, garbage still all over.  so we than go to the front desk again and ask for a clean room to which  they got annoyed and started refund  papers. i than said i do not want  a refund i want a clean room.  they than tell  me to have a seat as they send  one the fellows from behind  the desk running around  to find us a clean room... anyways they finally find one. my husband and i decide to let  it go and have a good time  with  the kids. than night  comes  and we get a call at almost  130 am  asking  " what room we are in"  on the hotel  room phone " 240 right" is what they asked.....  when were checking  out i ask them why they called us knowing its middle the night and in a family with sleeping  children.  they responded  saying they were unsure  and started to smirk  and  smile at each other. i believe they did it in purpose. again do not stay here .. not a pleasant  experience

family get  away

Very close to all amenities and Casino and literally steps away from the falls which is down the street and a great and enjoyable walk-about!!! People who run the place are very friendly and courteous to every need!!! i would definitely return on my next trip!!! THANK YOU!!!

Awesome stay and play!!!

We recently stayed at this motel on an impromptu visit to Niagara Falls. Check in was a breeze. Quick efficient and friendly. The rooms are clean spacious and well equipped ( mini fridge, microwave, hairdryer)  and the price was excellent. We paid $60 for the night for a king sized bed free wifi and light continental breakfast. It is a 2 min walk to a Tim Hortons and the Casino We recommend this hotel as it is a pleasant budget friendly accommodation

Quick Getaway

We stayed here 2 nights ago. Absolutely disgusting. We are not high expectation kind of ppl. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. 2 plugs and 1 didn't work, same for lamps. When asked for an extra pillow at front desk, was asked to return when checking out. If you go in colder months make sure you take your own blanket as they have the lightest one on bed. Also, they fleece you for $10 for overnight parking even though trip advisor didn't state that in the price. So for almost $70 you can stay anywhere at low season. Recommend anywhere else but here. We have stayed at several different places, high end hotels and low end. This by far was the grossest experience I've ever had! My advice, stay away

Worse Place To Stay

We booked 2 rooms, 1 king bed and 1 with 2 queen beds. 2nd floor right at the end. King room had a frig, that the door would hardly open due to the terrible laying of the carpet. Carpet was not joined normal, but had metal pieces keeping it together,don’t think they replaced the underpaid.
Queen room a disaster, heater in bathroom off the wall and not working, The tiles has fuzzy, mould as did the tub. Plus 1 shower hook missing and they used a piece of wire to hold up the curtain. One bed had a divet in the middle, if you moved you landed in it. 

Was not told they were no longer with Days Inn, that was one of the reason we decided to stay there.

No longer part of Days Inn!!

The location is fanastic.  The staff are very friendly.  The room sizes are decent.  The beds - mine apparently was infested.  My legs, arms and torso had multiple bites on them.  When the hotel was contacted, they ensured they would not rent that room and would deal with the situation.  They also offered discounted rate.  Again - great staff, just unfortunate incident.

Take the good with the bad?

Friendly staff, clean rooms. We parked our car at the property and took a walk to many of the attractions, very convenient! If you are looking for a great time, clean rooms and an affordable place to stay while staying close to main attractions, I recommend this property!
