I decided to stay here because I was only staying one night and it was just me. I knew it wasn’t going to be a ‘hotel’ and was a decent price. However due to all the cons I would think the price should be cheaper; I’d pay $65/night and stay here again, but at $95/night I’d rather pay $30 more and stay at a sandman or other hotel. Cons: parking was not close, it was in another area which was walkable, but not expected, and would have been even more frustrating in the winter. I’m not sure if I missed an email, but when I arrived I had no idea where to park or where to even check in. I called the front desk many times and no one answered. The area has a lot of signage which is nice but I didn’t know which building the check-in was at. I finally found it by myself but it was a gongshow. I could hear other rooms noise a bit, which didn’t bother me but just an fyi. Bed wasn’t overly comfortable, and no mirror in the room, but whatever I was only staying the night. knew the room would be basic, but it was kind of on the dirty side. I know they are off-season dorm rooms, so I was expecting that, but I guess after being there I’d expect it to be reflected in the price. I’m definitely not satisfied with the price after staying here, I’d rather spend a bit more so I can have communication, parking, cleanliness.Pros: great view and a good location, complimentary breakfast (however I didn’t use my voucher), soap/shampoo/etc provided, kitchenette, free parking.

My feeling is not too comfortable, maybe they are repairing rooms after students left.

Its location is great. The suit does not have air conditioner. It may make unpleasant condition for your stay in hot days. The bed is not comfy. All in all, we are satisfied with the property and its convenient location.

The room we were given was like a room at the sanitarium.  Nothing like what was advertised on Expedia

Terrible room conditions, bare concrete floors, noisy, poor quality bed sheets and bathroom suppliers. Remote parking area away from the hotel. The "continental breakfast" was the worst I had ever seen. I have stayed in a better army barracks- better by far! I would never go there again.

Collage environment, very clean, polite staff and friendly

Good value for a no frills accommodation.Breakfast was disappointing, very few healthy options.Conveniently located with easy access to downtown via C-train.

Student accommodation

You will either love or hate this accommodation! I personally loved it! It's a college dorm not a 5 star hotel so I can't get my head around why ppl were upset and complaining at front desk! I DO NOT recommend this place to seniors or people with mobility issues as the beds are set up to have storage under so very high! And the designated parking lot is a bit of a walk.  I do feel that in the summer the lot beside should be used for ppl who have limited mobility.  The continental breakfast is not good, either improve it or just don't bother baked items are dry, poriage wasn't cooked when put into the service terine.  But the coffee was good compared to other hotels I have stayed in. Our room was clean but should come with a fan without requesting as well as a basic kitchen set should be provided in rooms otherwise a advertising a kitchenette is pointless. Rooms do not have sofa but I did see ppl in a common room on the floor I was on.  The price was way less then other locations in the area and my kids who were up for a basketball tournament thought it was super cool and fun to stay on campus!

I believe it was the worst experience I had with a hotel. We booked this room and another one through the company we work with. We asked to stay in the same room, and they said no, which is fine, but they didn't try to accommodate us in the other room immediately and said no. So we had to check out of this room at 11 a.m. and wait until 4 p.m. to get the other room. I sincerely hope never to return to this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone. I have had the same situation in other hotels before, and they tried to help and resolve the issue, which did not happen here.
