We stayed at Manjula Villa for almost 1 week.

Staffs were super friendly and helped us with every query and always gave that personal touch which other hotels lack in. Even last day, the way they send us off, is too touchy. I can't recall everyone's name except for Max & rest all others including house keeping guy were GREAT.

Room was very clean and luckily they upgraded us to room with Balcony. Best was rusty ambience of room which was just too cool.  

Thank you again for hosting us. We recommend anyone visiting Siem Reap with mid-budget to book this hotel & you will have fun & great time.

awesome stay with good experience

Hotel arranged pick up from the airport by a very friendly driver, who otherwise is usually available outside the villa ready for hire. However I was able to walk to the markets nearby thanks to the great location.
Room was very clean and tidy in a mininalist and cozy way. Big plus.
Of course the staff was very helpful too - opened the gate for me when i got up very early in the morning for sunset (and packed breakfast for me to go!!!), gave me free map and instructions how to get around the area, exchanged smaller notes for me to pay for taxi...etc. Always super helpful and friendly.

I'm so glad i found this place. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect stay

After spending 3 nights in this beautiful little diamond I can honestly say that I have picked the best spot in Siem Reap. Very friendly people, pick up arranged from Busstation. Nice pool to swim and relax your body after searching for more treasures in Angkor Wat. Perfect location , quiet street but so close to the centre. This hotel will make your visit complete. TV with English channels for whom likes to watch TV. Very modern and well decorated. If I go back to Siem Reap this will be my hotel again. Feels like home. 

A true diamond nowadays

The hotel arranged to pick us up from the airport. We were greeted by a friendly guy, who transported us in his tuk tuk. On arriving at the hotel we were given a welcome drink and cold towels. We were given a map and told about the possible temple routes. The hotel arranged for us to be picked up the following day to go on our temple tours. We chose a sunrise start and the hotel made up a breakfast for us to take with us, which was really lovely. The room was clean and of a good size, there was a large balcony with seating area. All staff were very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. There is a nice size pool with loungers. The only downside to this hotel was that there didn't seem to be a staffed bar or restaurant. Tables were only made up for breakfast. It was about a 10 minute walk to the old market and pub street, however if you don't want to walk there is a constant stream of tuk tuks willing to take you. It cost $5 to go back to the airport via tuk tuk. 

Clean and friendly

Great location, 5 minutes by foot to the old market area. Very friendly staff, nice public area and pool. Good choice to go with friends. The rooms are clean and in good condition. The breakfast is well served and you can ask for more if you want. 
I would recommend, it was a nice stay at Siem Reap. 

Cozy hotel 

The staff at the resort is very friendly and helpful. Also quick to respond to our complains.

The location is about 10-15 mins walk to the nigh market/pub street. There are also few restaurants and laundry nearby. Also available is a local grocery store.

The cons:
1) The pool water looks a bit murky.
2) We booked a room with balcony but did not use the balcony at all (except for drying our towels) as it was not sheltered (too warm in the afternoon) and also too many mosquitoes.
3) The bathroom design needs to be improved. When we showered, the whole place is wet and due to the uneven floor, there was a puddle around the toilet bowl. Had to call housekeeping to mop the floor. Floor towel do not work as the water is too much.
4) On one of the mornings, not sure why there was a foul smell coming out from the toilet. Housekeeping came promptly to clean and also they put in some lemongrass burner.
5) Soundproofing need to be improved as we can hear the guests at the reception area from inside our room. I think there was a big group and they were chatting at the reception.

Overall the stay was pleasant as the staff was really helpful and apologetic when we voiced our concerns to them.

Friendly and helpful staff but needs improvement on the room layout

Very nice little hotel, beautiful designed and friendly staff ! The entry hall where you can have breakfast is very specious with a medium sized pool. The rooms are also large and feel comfortable. With the Tuc Tuc you can drive comfortably everywhere :)
