Stayed here for a night while traveling  in south of Bulgaria. The hotel is very close to centre with its own parking which is good.
The rooms themselves are old including the bathroom but clean. However, bed was not that comfortable and the heating was too loud in the night. Breakfast was by menu and it was acceptable. Service in general was ok but again barely.
So to summarize it is fine for a day but thats about it.

Average - good location

coming from Greece and wanting to eat we toped on the way at this restaurant and had a very nice surprise.

we ordered veal shrimp and some veggie plate. all were tasty, delicious and portions were decent.

well plated as well as decently priced.
the interior is a little old (and i do not mean that is old fashioned...) and is looking such...

the service was prompt and the money spent were not a lot against the quality. so a very good surprise when it comes to decent (even good....) food along the way. strongly recommend!

Hotel is in an great location, walking distance from the central area. The hotel itself is very nice, it offers a nice restaurant/ bar located on the ground floor. Staff have always been friendly each time I've stayed and good at English. Rooms are a little dated however and could maybe do with an upgrade soon.

Hotel is good, central location 

For us a hotel is a place to sleep. Functional and clean being the keys. Not a destination in itself. But this hotel is different. A hotel we would go back to as a destination. 
Clean. Great service. Real character. Even a good breakfast. Excellent plus!!!!

A wonderful hotel

The location is good,the rooms are clean, staff is friendly. Everything is old and outdated.
The shower uncomfortable - hot and cold water sprinkle in various directions.
After flushing the toilet the water kept running, maintenance tried to fix it by showing me where I need to hit the toilet for it to stop.
Breakfast mediocre although the restaurant is quite good, you pay extra for coffee.

Needs renovation

The hotel was clean and well kept. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner was very good. Breakfast was, unusually, cooked to order which delayed departure for our group. Rooms at the front overlook the main road and there is some traffic noise. I would stay there again.

A pleasant place to stay.

This was nice hotel at nice location. The price/value ratio was not good but you can stay there... not so expensive. I found some problems with the cleanness of the room and restaurant.
Restaurant: if you prefer to stay on fresh air outside you will face 3 big problems: 1: in the daytime a lot of flies. Literally tons of them - the are every where - in your plate, in your cap.... terrible. The Hotel management did not do anything for this problem. 2: in evening the problem with the mosquitos - same solution as problem 1 (I mean they just don't care). and 3: the dust and the noise coming from the street - it is just too much. So if you prefer to stay inside.... hahahaha nobody stays inside in the summer
Room problems: I was on the second floor - big room relatively clean. The  bathroom was not very clean. There was some mold over the walls. I do not know how housekeeping is doing their job but there is no way to wash the walls or floors in case of some soap goes there. The shower head is fixed and that's it.

The breakfast is not buffet, it is a card menu and you can not make any changes for free.
The hotel has 3* but if we do not count the restaurant it is for 2*.

My stay

Good place with nice cuisine and friendly staff. I would recommend expanding the wine list. There is also something to improve on the speed of serving.The comfort of the building, the parking and the location are an advantage.

Best place to stay while visiting Haskovo. The location is convenient and very close to downtown. Free parking. Rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is and accommodating. The restaurant and the bar are great.

Nice hotel

Very nice hotel with an excellent location. It is a big plus that they have a parking. The rooms are quite spacious(we were on the top floor). The elevator is quite small,which inconvenient,as we were a group of 4 and we were waiting for each other.  The breakfast is a la carte,with some tasty options,may be just a bit boring. 
Overall we had a pleasant one night stay in a well located,clean hotel-nothing spectacular or over the top,but whenever we visit Haskovo,we will choose it again.
