Too much freshness for a quick return to the guest! Delayed reception. Towelless room (not warned that the room is a proprietor's and he arranges it as he pleases). Whole wet bathroom, bathtub he can't use. The only thing that's beautiful is the pool!

Apartment in good location very close to commercial beaches shopping large supermarket networks is the bedroom was very spacious is reliable besides having an American kitchen microwave fridge just doesn't have breakfast it has an outdoor pool on the building terrace

I was in this Apart Hotel with my fiancé, today my husband, and we went for a New Year's Pass, we arrived without reservation and we were welcomed, we stayed for two days, at the time I only had breakfast, a delicacy, near the beach of Itacaré, you could walk to the Porchat Island Club.

A Romantic Trip

Comfortable room, nice living room, small microwave kitchen helps a lot I prepare small meals, very tasty outlet reception area great reception area television, reading, and internet. good garage, excellent air conditioning at reception. attentive staff excellent reception. nearby supermarkets, restaurants and shops and the beach. I was in this hotel several end of year.

Great location.

It's a flat with units with room, TV, living room, kitchen and bathroom with bathroom. Some apartments have been renovated others seem not. The cleaning was the strong point, everything shiny, waxed floor, clean glass, sheets and flawless bath clothes. 42-inch LED TV, split air conditioning and a small balcony. Just left to wish because I wasn't warned there was no breakfast included in the daily. The location is excellent, right in the center and a shopping area.

Weekend after the carnival

Pros: excellent breakfast buffet, location in downtown Sao Vicente. Cons: rooms, not clean, rusted fridge, crawling creatures, internet only available in the lobby. Sao Vicente can be good for its beach, shopping and dinning, but lack of acceptable lodging. Search in Santos or Guruja instead

Do yourself a favor

We wanted to stay for 4 days (2 adults and 1 child) - the carpet of the room was so dirty, that all of us immediately had black feet when trying to walk barefoot. Installations in the bathroom didn´t work properly for years!
Swimming pool on the roof looks nice in the pictures, but showed to by dirty with now installation of filter devices - we could not let our child swim there. Furthermore basic fire-saftey regulations are not met by locking important doors.
In the end we left the hotel after 2 days and the staff didn´t even ask why we are leaving early!

So in total we cannot recommend this hotel at all!

The apart service is quite simple but efficient. Is has a kitchen with a microwave and a big fridge. Number of plates equal to the number of people in the room, no more, no less.
But if you go to the supermarket and buy everything you need to eat for your time staying at the hotel (that can be cooked in a microwave), you will save some money. After all it is not that cheap to eat in restaurants all your stay in a beach city.
The bed are not box, the hotel is out dated, and for those big (like my self) will sleep a little umconfortably. But if your not thinking of luxuries and just want a place to crash after a long day of site walking, it will suit perfectly.
It is very clean. The employees are very polite, and for those english speaking citizens, don't worry the check in file is written in both languages (English and Portuguese).
The breakfast is simple, but quite tasty. (The grape juice is the best).
It is close to the Gonzaguinha beach (2 blocks only) and to the mall of the city (1 block).
Summarizing it is a nice place to stay, if your thinking in a apart service and not a hotel.
