What was good

The plus point was the air conditioning. At least this one was working fine. To compensate for the terrible electric shower with low water pressure...

What was bad

They want you to pay extra tax when you arrive just to have your badroom but i´ve paid before by zenhotels. When you arrive on the hotel the park area, for exemple has to pay an expensive extra tax to use and the drivers don´t help you with your baggage or parking your car. The security is not enought one of my key card has been lost by the hotel maid. A lot of noise on the bedrrom, a very small toilet, the conservation of the others equipaments is deplorable. But the price they want you to pay is very hight. Not worth the investment. I´m sure that there are others options for low price. SNACKS in room with expired expiration date. And price well above acceptable. Cleaning should be much better considering the price charged for the stay. Don't expect anything special. Bath towels look like sandpaper, apparently they've been used for over a year. I was locked outside as the cleaning lady lost my entry card. Upon requesting another, they handed over the card for another room. Lack of security and common sense.
