Khokhamoya Guest House

In a non-touristy, desolate capital city of Botswana we found that welcoming, well maintained, great but cheap guesthouse with good, central yet quiet location. Location was perfect for us indeed- just 10 minutes walk from main bus station that we were traveling from next day. There is a shopping mall surrounded by a market that are open quite late so we could make good shopping there. The owner and staff were welcoming, nice and helpful. Upon our request the lady prepared impromptu delicious meal- being tired we didn't want to go out for dinner. Her breakfast next day was fresh, tasty and filling too. Room was quite spacious, simply furnished, bathroom was nice and clean. No frills - but mind the price we paid- we were absolutely happy. So we decided to come back for a night before our flight out of Botswana. A tip: location is central but the entrance is hidden in the end of a little, dead- end street. If your taxi driver does not know the place ask him to call the guesthouse for directions.
