This is a great place to stay in Medjugorje. It is very close to the entrance from behind the church (where the parking is). Food is delicious and with a homemade taste. The infrastructure is great! Everything is clean and the prices are very good too! I totally recommend this place. It also has a restaurant with very nice food. 

Great place to stay 

I have stayed with my girlfriend in Pansion Danijel 4 nights as part of our engagement trip in Balkans. This is a family business that seems quite new. I really have to say that the hosts made us feel so delighted in many occasions and the feel I carry is of gratefulness. They are extremely generous! It started when they received us with a welcome drink and snacks, going on with the quality of the breakfast and once we decided to pray and read some books in the dining room and the host realized we were there and brought us some drinks and snacks. We felt really welcome! The pension is big, there are many rooms so it can be suitable for group excursions. The rooms were simple but clean. The only negative aspect is the cold, the pension is quite cold in Winter, but I believe it can be a very good point in Summer. The rooms have private bathrooms. The breakfast was included in our stay. It was very good breakfast prepared by the hosts. Once they even prepared scrambled eggs and sausages for us. 
I especially like the dining room where you can meet and talk with other pilgrims. 
Regarding the location, the pension is located 10 minutes walk from all main sights in Medugorje: the church, Apparitions Hill and Krizevac. 
I really recommend you to stay in Danijel and feel all the love from this family inspired by Medugorje spirituality.
