Lovely family trip, stayed in the 5 bed VIP cottage, which was fantastic so much space for the whole family. Pool was a hit with the all ages, as was discovery bay. The lady with the long red hair (sorry we didn’t get her name) was great with the kids during shelter building and pony experience. The whole site was spotless and well look after. We will be returning!!

Family Holiday

We had a lovely time at De Vossemeren on our second visit there. The accommodation was clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. We mostly ate in the cabin but we enjoyed visiting the Grand Cafe and Frites Affaire. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and were able to speak to us in English as well as letting us practise speaking Dutch.  We can't wait to visit again.

Welcoming and friendly stay

We had a fantastic holiday here with our children aged 9 and 12. The park is beautiful, set in the woods, and our lodge had a lovely outside area facing the lake. There are so many activities to try from the free swimming pools and slides at the Aqua Mundo to lots of other bookable ones. We particularly enjoyed crazy golf, table tennis and the aqua park on the lake. We stayed in a VIP Lodge which was nicely decorated, well appointed and comfortable, it's not absolute 5 star luxury but we weren't expecting this. There are some restaurants on site but we mostly cooked ourselves in the kitchen buying food from local supermarkets. The park is well positioned for trips outside and we went to Efteling one day,  there are easy cycle paths outside too for exploring more locally. All the staff we engaged with were helpful and friendly. We all loved our holiday here and would definitely recommend this park. 

Fantastic holiday 

We stayed here for 10 nights in August, and I can honestly say, the entire family loved it. I am struggling to understand the negative reviews. There is lots to do here, our kids were never bored that's for sure. There are quite a few activities that you pay extra for, however we allowed for this in our budget. Having said that there are things like discovery bay, which was so much fun for the kids, and free - top tip put the kids in swimwear for visiting this! The pool is great fun we spent a lot of time here! My husband and 2 of the kids did the aqua Park course which was 15 euros per person, but they were on there for an hour so this was really good value and they said it was brilliant. Everything is easily bookable online, including restaurant reservations. Every staff member we interacted with was helpful, and 90% of them spoke excellent English. I would recommend evergreenz the buffet restaurant, especially if you have fussy eaters as there really is something for everyone. 

We were so busy while here we actually only spent 1 day off-site, and that was to visit efteling theme park in the Netherlands (well worth a visit) 

Our accomodation was clean and comfy, and we were able to walk to the center of everything pretty easily, but you can rent bikes or golf carts if you don't fancy the walk - although the golf carts are not cheap. 

We had an excellent experience and our kids have already asked when can we go back! Which says it all really.

Excellent Family Holiday

We have just returned from a week at the parc. We have done uk CP before but never in Europe. We are total converts. We were lucky with very quiet parc as most schools not yet on holiday. The pool area has great rapids and four fun slides. Clean and plentiful showers and lockers. Only upgrade would be heated floors in changing rooms! 

We loved the free nature activities - cooking and bush skills. We did badminton, mini golf and climbing. The farm activities were great - our girls loved donkey care, meet the alpacas and the small creatures. Animals looked well cared for and lovely staff. It was very muddy though! So take wellies! 

It's not a big parc but in very wet weather we were grateful for having booked a golf cart for getting back quickly after evening swim.

The free discovery cove was amazing - an incredible area for kids and free to use! 

We only ate out on the last night - frites affair. It was ok but pricey for essentially MacDonald's. 

We stayed in a VIP villa. The daily bread delivery was exciting and we took a slow cooker with us which we used for soup at lunchtime and meals on evening. We loved the sauna for drying swimming stuff!  

Shop on site well stocked but expensive. Go to PLUS supermarket just over the border in Netherlands. Well priced and great products. Their soup and meal kits were perfect! 

Brilliant CP

We enjoyed a lovely family break just before Christmas. The staff, facilities and venue were incredible. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and lake views. The cottage we stayed in was very comfortable and equipped with everything you could need (less washing machine). We were lucky to have a sauna in ours, which was great to relax in after long fin filled days. CentreParcs Europe is suitable for all ages and much cheaper than CentreParcs UK.

Definitely recommend a visit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Family Break ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have just returned from a 4 night stay here over half term. We were total CP newbies so really had no idea what to expect.

We were in a comfort cottage (the most basic I understand). We were in cottage 662 which was quite a walk from the market dome, but a lovely one at that over the beautiful lake bridge. The cottage was a good size and well equipped. Beds surprisingly comfy. The only negative was there were quite a few flies in the cottage, and other strange looking insects. I do understand the cottage is in the woods, but this was constant.

The pool was fantastic and our two boys (13/12) spent a lot of time in here. Changing rooms are very well set out and easy to navigate. Hardly any queues on the slides, constantly being cleaned. we didn’t buy any food or drink in there so can’t comment on that. Our boys did the scuba activity and the rapid surfing which they really enjoyed. Daan the scuba instructor was great and was really good with the kids. They now have the bug and want to do more.

We were also booked to do the high ropes activity, but sadly I got the time wrong and they missed it. Totally my fault, but upon explaining to reception they very kindly gave us the amount in credit which we used at dinner that evening. They didn’t need to do this but was very much appreciated.

We ate at nonnas which was really good, massive portions of pasta. On our last night we ate at fuegos. Found it a bit odd you had to ‘find’ your own table, then had to wait a while for menus. But that aside, the food was very good.
Our kids loved frites restaurant which was very good. We also sat in the grand cafe for a cocktail, the singers were great to listen to.

The supermarket is very well stocked, prices not massively over inflated and the bakery do great pastries in the morning. The only thing I found they didn’t have was paracetamol! 

We enjoyed ourselves so much we went and rebooked for next year. Christel in bookings was so lovely and patient with us. She also has a great singing voice!!! We luckily found the cottage we wanted was available so we took advantage of the early booking offer. Roll on 2023!!!

Fantastic first time visit

Visited on a day pass for the pool.
Facilities excellent. 
Clean, warm, tidy, excellent complex and a fab day out. Well worth the trip and the entry cost.
The rapid river is the highest, could have spent the entire day just doing that., but so many other slides and attractions to try. 
Kids had a great time, and would definitely return if nearby again.

Fabulous.

This was our 2nd trip to de vossmeren as a family but this time we took friends who had never experienced center parcs before.  We had a great time and will certainly be booking again.  

There was a fair bit of work taking place across the park and the swimming pool changing rooms are closed until August with makeshift temporary ones erected on the Badmington courts.  Not ideal but better than closing the pool.

Food and drink is on the expensive side but that's the same wherever you holiday as a your a Captive audience.  We stopped off at a nearby supermarket about 5 minutes away in Netherlands before arriving which helps a little.

If you've never been before I'd recommend giving it a go and we prefer it to the UK ones.  We feel its more relaxed, has evening entertainment and staff are really friendly.

Not much else to say other than have a great time!

Another great trip with family and friends.

We have just returned home from a week's stay. We stayed in one of the newly renovated standard 2 bed cottages and it was spotless. Members of our group stayed in a standard 3 bed and also one in the premium 1 beds with a sauna and jacuzzi bath. All cottages were lovely and allowed dogs (for an extra cleaning charge). The park is undergoing some renovation works at the moment but this did not effect our stay. We were located right opposite the children's petting farm and a park which my children were delighted with.
We got to meet and cuddle the animals which is free, we also paid to do the my pony experience where the kids got to brush the pony's, decorate their hair and went for a pony ride which theh loved.
Between us in our group we done alot of other activities, family paintball. Lazer tag, archery, climbing, aqua Park, water skiing, peddle os, children's captain boats, mini golf, kids safari, hair braids and the high ropes. All of which were brilliant and the staff friendly and helpful. I would say though that the high ropes are really quite hard. We have done a fair few and this is the hardest one we have done in a family facility.
We also ate in all of the restaurants a d although some of them have a limited menu everyone was happy with their food. Evergreens is easy with small children as its a buffet style all you and eat and inclusive drinks. Be sure to book restaurants though theh book up pretty quickly.
The onsite shop is well stocked and no more expensive then the other shops locally.

Finally the pool was amazing. My kids would have lived in there if the could and my nearly 2 year old cried when she got out every time.

Overall brilliant stay. Having lots of new works done which should make it even better.

Was also a really easy drive to get there from le shuttle. Most of the way it's just 2 motorways.

Dogs needed worming before returning home and park were able to provide us with the number of a vet the do this.
