140 reviewsWas getting really worried about staying here after reading some of the dreadful reviews! We had a great time as a family of 8 staying in the 'villa'. We had so much space, with 4 spacious bedrooms, an enormous bathroom and downstairs lounge. It was spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping that worked round us getting under their feet! Breakfast is eaten in the covered courtyard, which was lovely given temperatures of 30°. You only had to ask for more food to be put out on the buffet. We were able to use this space in the evening for pizzas. We found the staff to be really friendly and helpful, even with the language barrier. Hotel is ideally placed for Schonnbrun, Meidling shops and for the railway station, U6, trams and buses.From what we saw, many of the other hotel rooms were really lovely and very spacious. Absence of a lift is made up for by all your luggage being taken to and from your rooms by the staff.
