Hotel Rosanna is a small family-run hotel. Our stay there was really pleasant: the location and overall atmosphere are calm and peaceful, the owner is very nice to all the guests, the whole place is very well maintained and is very clean. 
The rooms are also good, functional and spacious, with balconies and renovated bathrooms.
If you go by car this place is completely ideal to reach Velden and other towns nearby. Without a car (which was our case) you need to go on foot to the center of Velden, which takes around 20 mins. This in fact is not a big problem.

The best thing about this place are it's fantastic and dedicated owners. Family own and it really comes through that they are very passionate about the place.

Great breakfast and value for money.

In my opinion it's a little bit far from Velden (walking). The rout is kind of boring after a few times. But excellent base for getting around the area by car.

Friendly and awesome run hotel

What a great experience! We stayed only for one night after driving from Salzburg but next time will stay for longer! The friendly and helpful owner makes you feel so at home you'll even forget this is a hotel. Room was spacious with a separate bed in the living room for our daughter. Breakfast was delicious and the location is great! It was rainy when we were there but we could imagine how wonderful it would be to have breakfast out in the terrace in the summer. Very good location too, but what stands out is Ines' friendly attitude and smile. Makes you want to come back!

Look no further, this place is wonderful!

Booked only a one night stay in Velden am Worthersee after a drive up from Trieste. Wish we could have stayed a little while longer. Great hotel in very peaceful surroundings, staff were very hospitable and helpful and provided recommendations on places to eat. Breakfast was enjoyed out on the rear terrace in the sunshine. Rooms were clean and well looked after, parking is available on the front of the hotel. Can't fault the hotel at all, would happily stop here again!

Great hotel, a hidden gem!

À great place to stay. Not because it is soo fancy or hip, but because you will feel at home! Thanks to the lady-owner and her aunt, who run the hotel. They are soo nice and soo sweet! Breakfast is good, Nice garden. You can walk a shortcut to the worthersee. Velden is a nice village, with a nice public see bath. Ask for à room with mountain view in the hotel and wake up with the sun on the Karawanken mountains.
