Highly recommended. This is probably the best place ever in Kitzbühel in all aspects. You have the comfort of a super clean home in the heart of down town. Apartments are renovated with really high quality and new-fashioned building material. You can prepare your own breakfast in the sufficiently equipped kitchen or go to the traditional bakery on the front side of the same building. You only walk 14 min to the train station, 4 min to Billa store and 6 min to the center.
