469 reviewsWe have just returned from a 2 night stay at the Hotel Zach…. What a lovely place to stay! Firstly, the staff are excellent. I can honestly say this is one of most friendly hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everyone on reception was so cheerful and welcoming. The ladies in the breakfast room also lovely. The hotel was very easy to find, a short walk from the centre and from the various bus and tram routes. Our room was very comfy, nice beds, a very clean and warm bathroom. I couldn’t fault the place. Please do not hesitate to book the Hotel Zach if you are ever wanting to stay in lovely Innsbruck ;)
