The hotel exceeded expectations with its modern rooms, ideal for allergy-sensitive guests due to the absence of carpets. The scenic views added to the charm, complemented by the delightful and allergen-conscious cuisine. The standout feature, however, was the exceptional service from the friendly and efficient staff. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great place to relax and enjoy

The hotel is very clean and cozy, the staff is very kind, and the breakfast is tasty. The hotel has restaurant to dinner and recommend to try it. The location is very ideal, because the hotel is in a small village, but you can reach Salzburg in about 15 minutes by car.

Pefect choice

Stayed only 1 night with kids. Owners extremely friendly. We felt really welcomed. Amazing food in the restaurant. Nice view. Room was really large and newly reconstucted. Breakfast was sufficient even with hot chocolate for kids, but no hot meals. Very poor wifi connection.

Stupendous view, terrific staff, exquisite food, peaceful breakfast!

Due to my professional activities, I sleep quite in this hotel and enjoy the beautiful scenery, the refreshing air of the forest, the scent of the meadows and the tranquility of the night. Combined with a good glass of wine, cake and food. Here you can relax and unwind. And they provide a perfect wasp remover - if one mistakenly got lost in your room. All in all - well done!

Apart from its beautiful view, there was nothing at all pleasant about my stay in this hotel...or should I call it a family home. There were no shops or restaurants in the vicinity. It is over a 20-minute drive into the city of Salzburg. There was no staff on call. You had to ring and wait for a while for someone to answer. The staff was unfriendly and seemed almost bothered when asked something. The wifi did not work many times. I had to sit in the reception area to get good connection (a tiny sitting area), while in my room the signal would come and go. You could hear other people in their rooms (doors opening and slamming and toilets flushing). The restaurant service was very poor quality (low-cost supermarket food served for breakfast and dinner) and at 9:30 pm I had to leave the hall (because they would close). As for the room, it was quite clean, but sheets were not changed during my 5-day stay. Sometimes I could smell foul odours while taking a shower. The towels were old and worn, difficult to dry oneself.

Family managed pension on a hill overlooking Salzburg area. About 20 min by car from Salzburg old city. 
View is beautiful, rooms are clean and quite simple. Breakfast is good and the hotel team are very friendly, especially Margit - the owner and manager - 3rd generation of the family !
