Boomerang beach house is situated so close to the Urangan pier, esplanade, cafes etc (literally a 2min walk) it was so good not to have to get the car out much. That’s what I call a holiday! There’s markets wed & sat just around the corner in the ‘mall style’ walkway & plenty of places to walk & explore or just sit on the sand & relax. The 2 queen beds were super comfy we stayed 2 extra nights just for the extra sleeps! Nigel was so nice to deal with & the extra touches like fresh fruit in the fruit bowl was a lovely welcome. Everything you need for an easy, relaxed stay. Highly recommend the Freedom III whale watch tour. They arranged free pick up & drop off to & from the boat harbour with their own bus service right from the house. 
Boomerang beach house was such a nice change from a unit/apartment. Plenty of space & privacy & a great base to enjoy all Hervey Bay has to offer.

This was great. Nigel met us there with the house all opened and ready. The fruit bowl and tim tams etc was a great touch and well appreciated after driving from Toowoomba.The house is beautifully appointed, light and breezy and very well situated just at the end of the pier and handy to everything. Loved our stay,,thanks again...Trevor and Val.

Excellent and very quiet and relaxing

We had a lovely 6 day vacation at this stylishly renovated Queenslander in Urangan, Hervey Bay. We immediately transitioned into holiday mode with the lovely coastal décor, comfortable bedding and lounge, and spacious deck overlooking the large backyard. We took advantage of the well-equipped kitchen and dining areas to entertain visitors and cook some of the local delights.   
The location is hard to beat with restaurants, bike rentals, an angler shop, and some very good fishing spots all within 5 to 10minutes walk from the house. For dining options, your hosts will have some terrific suggestions otherwise the two stand-outs for us include Coast restaurant and Jetty’s on the esplanade for some tasty fish and chips. We also made very good use of the barbeque on the deck for breakky, lunch and dinner! 
I would recommend this place as a relaxing getaway for families and for couples as there is sufficient room inside and out, with bonus toys and games to entertain the young and young-at-heart! Boomerang Beach House is also especially well-suited to holidaying with dogs as there is a 6ft high fence to keep your pooches in as well as being very close to several dog-friendly beaches. 
This place really has everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. The considerate owners have thought of everything to make sure all family members are well taken care of.

A fantastic place

Stayed with 3 teenagers.House is in a great location. 100m from the beach and 2min drive from Woolworths. It is right on the East end of the esplanade and within easy walking distance to cafes and restaurants. The house is well equipped, great patio and enclosed large yard so if you have little ones you don't have to worry about them running out and getting into trouble. Owner is very nice and helpful

Great house in Hervey Bay

We stayed here with family in April 2014...
It's a lovey renovated Queenslander that is very well laid out for the amount of space there really is.
The rooms are really inviting and the beds were super comfy. I loved the sense of style. There were 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and the other is a sleep out made into a children's bedroom with two single beds. 
The kitchen is big enough to move around in and flows onto the laundry and bathroom. It has modern appliances.
There is an outdoor deck at the back with a BBQ, there is a wraparound patio and the backyard is quite big, has side access for car or boat and is pet friendly. 
We loved our little stay here and it is close to the beach and lovely restaurants.
