We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day stay here. The manager was lovely and very helpful. Our apartment was clean with everything that we needed. We found it to be a peaceful complex close to everything and very well priced. 

Wonderful Holiday 

The people  were pleasant  on the phone when  we made our booking , but were  nowhere to be seen on arrival   (we advised them that we  would arrive  between  7pm and 8pm)
A notice on the office door provides  an after hours cellphone  number ,  but there is a $50 callout charge. 
It just ended up going from bad to worse.. 
for its location, we were shocked to see the state of it considering its a leading brand. Rooms were dingy and small, bathrooms were old and not well cleaned and the public toilets  were terrible. Dirty and the cisterns were hanging off. 
The other 'residents' were rowdy and abusive. Location  is quite  central  though but much better  places 100-200m away. All in all dreadfull waste of money.

A really awful  place

Horrible management, prey on elderly and unsuspecting tourists. Say one thing to your face and then re neg at the last minute costing tenants even more money. Charge premium rates for non premium apartments. Maintenance requests come back to you as property damage. Seriously would have rather been on the street than have to deal with all the stress and drama. Don't waste your holiday or your sanity here!!!

Horrible,dreadful.

Dreadful place, we dont recommend,  lots of 'long stayer' layabouts who stay there, smoking drinking all day. the overpriced and visitors obviously subsidise the *residents* there, dirty, noisy, filthy and unkempt

Wish we'd read the reviews - NOT RECOMMENDED

This was hands down the worst place I have ever visited. I would advise to not waste your money here as you will be highly disappointed. The room itself was tidy but had old toothbrushes etc left in the shower. There was no air conditioning which made sleeping in their uncomfortable bed even less bearable. The room was just uncomfortable. The room had an oven but no frypan, a dishwashing but nothing to actually wash the dish’s with, a washing machine but no powder. For a 10 night stay they provided one roll of toilet paper. There was no instruction given on arrival on how to access the carpark or where to dispose of any rubbish accumulated due to the lack of bin in the room, you had to figure out both of these yourself, if you are stupid enough to stay here, they are located under the building using the big key on the key ring. We ended up leaving two days early, we felt uncomfortable due to the guests in the room below us having constant domestic arguments, where we could hear things being thrown and also having to have to police come visit. It did not make me or my possessions feel safe. Before we even began our holiday we were told we had to pay 5 weeks in advance, even tho we had booked through an online booking agent where we could cancel up to a week before. After we left, the manager, who was extremely rude took $85 off my credit card for a lamp shade. When asked for photos of the damaged lamp and a receipt for the replacement shade if it was actually damaged, she sent through a picture of the lamp, which did not look damaged at all and an invoice, no proof that they actually went out and bought a new one, which I thought may happen seeing as though it wasn’t actually damaged. After talking to many people they have said they received similar treatment, I believe they are just accusing people of this to make a quick buck for themselves.
