A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 1.85% charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that this property requires a 50% bond upon check in to cover any incidental charges, damage to the property or excessive cleaning fee.
