We have been in Appartamentos El Pation in San Martin de los Andes for about 1 week. We enjoyed our stay ... nice place, nice people and great stay. Certainly, next time we'll choose Aparamentos El Patio in San Martin de los Andes again and we can really recommend Aparamentos El Patio in San Martin de los Andes to all of you. Great Stay

Stayed here one night with my family (wife and three young kids). Chose the location based on availability and high ratings on trip advisor. Found it to be adequate (clean) but "rustic" in the appointments. Location to shopping in San Martin de los Andes is excellent. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Would consider it adequate for a stay over if passing through San Martin, but a bit too dated if looking for a week-long stay in the area.

Clean and comfortable, not fancy

What a diamond in the rough! El Patio is very unassuming, yet very clean, comfortable, convenient and a great value for those who need a kitchen to prepare their own meals. The studio has ample space for 3 people, a small bathroom with hooks and shelves to put towels and toiletries, a small, efficient kitchen with all the amenities, and a spacious bedroom with 100% cotton sheets, nice pillows, and plenty of closets and drawers for an extended stay. The staff are very friendly, helpful and environmentally conscious with compost and recycling bins available for guest use. The location couldn't be better - close to everything in San Martin!

A great place

Just what we needed. The place was spacious, we had a full kitchen, big dining table. Just a block from lots of restaurants and 5 blocks from the bus station. Pablo was super nice and helpful. Would definitely go back
