Beautifully manicured grounds on arrival. Easy parking outside our cottage. Good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water and nice toiletries.Well appointed kitchenette and we had to ask for just a couple of essential items.Nice balcony surrounded by trees. However, one of the cats was a real problem coming onto the balcony and leaving mess on the couch.Heavy music from a nearby property was a problem on occasions.Kitchen surfaces were dirty on our arrival and there was no hot water or even hot water pipes to the kitchen sink.This property was very handy for lots of beautiful beaches. Need a car from here to travel around.

We had a great stay at the Caribbean Holiday Apartment. The staff was wonderful. They treated us like family and went out of their way to make sure we had a good visit. The room was large and had everything we needed in an apartment. Quiet area in the country. So sad we had to leave. Will absolutely go back.

Like staying with family

I stayed here for 10 days of bliss and relaxation. I unexpectedly had a whole loft apartment to myself, which was amazing. Not far from Jolly Beach and the downtown market, about 20 minutes in opposite directions which you can get to via "bus" (really a passenger van). They don't provide breakfast but why would you need that in an apartment-style hotel? Room was cleaned daily and the staff was very pleasant. I enjoyed being able to cook to save money and had cereal for breakfast. Very budget-friendly. Only downside was the ants. They were usually in the kitchen downstairs, which didn't bother me as much. I only stayed downstairs to cook. But when they came upstairs one day and invaded the shower, I had to delay my plans and wait for them to leave. 

Also, had a mix-up the first night which scared me. I was alone and I thought someone was breaking in. Turns out the owner's son didn't know the room was booked and was showing it to another customer, but it was resolved quickly. One day the wifi didn't work because of a storm so that was disappointing. I just watched TV all day intead, which was fine by me.

Great Stay in Loft Apartment

The property is situated approx half way between St Johns and Jolly Harbour and both are easily reachable by bus or, of course, if you have your own transport. For a reasonable sum of money I was given an apartment over two floors with a kitchen/ dining area downstairs and a bedroom above. It is clean and adequately furnished. As mentioned in other reviews the owner is both friendly and helpful and enhances the stay.

The only issue of significance was a lack of water with the pressure poor. I understand this is currently an issue on high ground throughout the country.

Spacious and Comfortable

Generally a clean, comfortable apartment with good working  appliances. Very convenient for easy transportation. Just walk 20meters from the building and step into a bus that takes 8-10 min.to the City.

Home away from home

Easy access to St. Johns and Darkwood, Nest and Shear Rocks beaches with Jolly Harbour and Epicurean shopping close by. Some good local restaurants in the vicinity.

Antigua stopover

While my time in Antigua was short, the service that I received from Caribbean Holiday Apartments was excellent. The owner was always willing provide any requested service or convenience that made my stay their pleasurable.

Great Experience and a friendly owner

Love the space in the apartment.  The owner is very friendly and was willing to pick me up at the airport and take me to a grocery store.
Arrangement was also made to take me back to the airport. The driver was on time and very friendly.

Restful Night

Really nice room, bright colores, air conditioner, a nice place for a affordable amoun of money.

I arrived in the afternoon and was welcomed by Annette, the owner, whom I loved straight away. She makes people feeling like they are old friend and always welcomed. 
That same evening (I had been travelling since early morning) I had to fight a bit to have water in the bathroom, but  Annette sent someone to fixed the pump and eventually I was able to have my yearned shower (it was a problem with the water pump, but Annette told me that anyway the entire island had a  lack of water due to the scarce rains). The crockery and tools in the kitchen were very basic, so I decided not to eat in my room, but to have only breakfast.  Regarding to my neighbours, they were a bit noisy (especially early in the morning). I liked the place itself, but I am not a picky person nor demanding, therefore the permanence was very agreable to me  and I feel like recommending Annette's place for sure!
