Also known as the Afon Black Sea Resort Hotel, this hotel is in Novy Afon (New Athens) in Abkhazia. It is on the sea front. and close to the town centre. Reception is efficient and helpful. The rooms are big and clean and the bathrooms are clean and functional. The rooms have the usual amenities. Unfortunately no meals are served and that includes breakfast. However there are several restaurants nearby. Great hotel!

When staying at other properties, registration must be carried out after 14 days from the date of entry into the Republic of Abkhazia.
For registration at check-in, a one-time registration fee may be charged of ₽200.00 per person, regardless of age. Payment is made by guests on site in cash.
