Along with a super gracious host, this place has absolutely wonderful rooms at cheap prices. They also provide free cycles to roam around the city. Breakfast is prepared by the host herself. The place is super clean as well.
Definite feel good factor to enjoy a feel good city.

Best budget place to stay

Only takes 5-7 minutes away from the walking street by motorbike, I got this place recommended by a fellow in Hoi An. It was a very nice place with almost everything I need - hot shower, pleasant and clean bed, peaceful atmosphere with good price in my opinion. A little slow in Wifi connection, but alright. They also offer tours and bikes to travel around the ancient town. Nice and helpful people. I love this place and will stay there whenever I come to Hoi An.

A good place for travellers

Stay here four nights. The room was very nice - by far the cleanest I stayed in Vietnam. The location is a bit far away from both the beach and the central part of Hoi An. The staff know only very little english, which after a few days become a bit annoying.

Very clean room, a bit pricey, very low english level at front desk

This was the worst homestay we had stayed at in Vietnam. The host didn't speak English, so it was hard to communicate anything. He also didn't immediately give us a key to our room, so we were very confused about how to leave and be safe. The moment we walked into our room, we saw a pile of bugs, some dead, some alive, seeping out of the corners of the room and the shower. There were dead bugs everywhere, and the bathroom door didn't fully close. The bathroom window also didn't close, which meant that mosquitoes were able to get into our room. Needless to say, we switched hostels immediately, but still had to pay for both nights.

Awful

We stayed at this guesthouse for 2 nights and we were planning to stay for 3 more. When we got back to the hostel on our second night they told us we need to check out on the next mornning because someone booked our room. We are travelling for 6 months around asia and this is the first time somone has forced me to check out without even asking if i am planning to stay or not.
