Ann is a fantastic host, She helped me organize my trip to Catba and Bai Tu Long bay under very attractive price, The room was comfortable. Breakfast was cooked simple and tasty. In the heart of Old Quarter and close to the shops and restaurants.

I and my friend stayed here for 2 nights, the room nice, hot water very good,breakfast simple but delicious ms Ann booked for with us go to halongbay and sapa for good tour and save money. I will come back again.

Good hotel, Ms Ann helpfull

I stayed here for 2 nights, the owners were lovely and very helpful. My room was upgraded to a bigger room. Good location in the old quarter, close to all the action. Good breakfast was included, would stay again.

Lovely hotel in hanoi

This place is REVOLTING. Honestly the most disgusting place I have ever seen in my life. I feel like I need to soak in a bath of bleach after just seeing how horrible it is. My partner and I didn’t even stay the night we just left. Do not risk it. This place will not pass a single health and safety test. And to make it worse, we found bed bugs. Do NOT stay here! 

DO NOT EVEN BREATHE THE AIR HERE 

First off I need to say that the owners/staff are very friendly and I feel bad leaving a poor review, but this property needs a lot of work.  I had a deluxe room so it was pretty big, but it was in pretty rough shape.  The WIFI was touch and go.  The sheets were probably clean, but they were worn out and stained.  Lighting in the room was just okay.  The walls were filthy with mold/mildew staining along the ceiling and corners.  The bathroom had mold/mildew in the shower and ceiling.  The glass shower door had one busted hinge so you'd have to lift the door to open/close it.  I was too grossed out to even take a shower here.  In fact, upon checking into my room, I seriously considered just eating the money I just paid for the room and going to another hotel.  This place is gross.  I hope the owners will invest some money into updating it because it could be a competitive property, but right now it's just a dump.  The pictures must have been taken 10 years ago because it is in no where near the condition as depicted in those photos.

Do not stay here

Myself and my boyfriend booked here for one night, we now feel the need to shower 10 times each. Blood on the sheets, white coloured hand marks on the mirrors, mold all over the bedroom and bathroom no window.... I don’t know where these pictures are taken but it can’t be actually at the hotel. We slept on top of the bedding in as many clothes as we could handle, but when you turned the AC it smelled like mold cause there was so much inside the AC. 

It’s cheap but just don’t do it. It will be aweful and ruin your night 100%

DONT COME HERE!!!

The room was not as advertised; very old and unsafe. The bathroom door was broken and did not have any handles left; I got locked up and had to free myself with the help of a toothbrush. Furthermore no proper fire escape, no warm water, and 4 of the 8 lights were broken. The staff did not understand English. Avoid this place, especially room 603. If you're into playing escape rooms this is a good cheap option.

Avoid at all costs

I stayed there three nights, room was simple and needed simple redecoration but equipped with everything what you need, ac, fridge, telly, bathroom with shower. Unfortunately no window so a bit smell of dampness here and there but nothing tragic. Perfect location, many bars, streat food and shops arround, walking distance to everywhere, polite staff.

So I booked to stay a night. Due to normal aircraft delays, 
The hotel did not turn up to pick me up, so I caught a taxi and I arrived around midnight.
The taxi got lost and rang the hotel for instructions, the night manager told taxi driver he didn’t care if he found hotel or not.
Great start. After driving around the old quarter for another 30 minutes we finally found it.
We were down to a musty room in the dark but on ground floor.
The room was disgustingly dirty. It smelled like motor bike engines and mould. Sheets were dirty and had not been cleaned in a while. The bathroom was so grubby that I didnt use the shower. I couldn’t wait to get out of the place.

And definitely not suitable for modern travellers.
One saving grace was the kind young lady who worked there. Learn from my mistake and avoid.
